I have a mate who is doing 5,000 miles on his bike in 5 days for charity. Charity Bike Ride Paypal donations are accepted. PLEASE MAKE A SMALL DONATION!!! If everyone gave a quid the lad`ll do good C`mon dont pass by, just have a quick read, log onto paypal and give a quid You`ll feel good about it, you know you will!!!!!!! This truly is an awesome thing to do and will set a bike riding endurance world record for a Bolton lad born `n` bred!
  2. C`mon lads, dip yer hand in yer pockets for this crazy fella!! Crazy biker website link Riding 5,000 miles in 5 days all in the name of charidy commands some respect and some cash Paypal donations are accepted to MickHall780@msn.com , even if you just give ?1 its better than nothing. Remember, all he`s going to get out of this is a sore arse. What effort does it take for you to log on and give a small amount?? Cheers
  3. for little sam read colin todd, great free flowing passing football and no points. that is not the way to success. now selling your best player when you have no-one to replace him. that is ABSOLUTELY ragging STUPID you can`t make new players sign for you but you can stop contracted players leaving. `heres the deal nic. we`re up sheisse strasse mit nicht eine paddle and you aint going anywhere til summer. you signed a new deal and we expect you to honour it. do what you want in june but you`re staying here. OK?` thats all it would have took (`ragging` bah!! )
  4. I will also second those comments, well said Casino. I think Megsons giving it a bleedin good crack and if there`s fingers to be pointed they should be pointed at people earning more in a week than most folk earn in a year. 1) He`s hardly radically changed the `allardyce` style 2) he`s made some excellent signings 3) You couldn`t possibly say he`s not committed to the cause 4) His best player was sold under his nose (unforgivable in my book) What grounds is there for losing `the dressing room` ? People who are dropped don`t like it? No $h1t sherlock! PS Meite can empty his locker now and never come near the place for me if what is said is true
  5. `cock` is one of your more polite insults, if that offends then this is the wrong place to be.
  6. i was so angry at the team he put out in portugal and then even more so after the poor showing against pie eaters that i lost some perspective in the early part of this week now the red mists are clearing i can see that the ginger one has been a victim of his own common sense. the teams he put out in earlier uefa rounds got us thru when they had no right to get us thru and had we gone out in the earlier rounds then this fierce selection debate would never have occured. yes its annoying that we didnt ultimately give it our best shot in europe but hindsight is a wonderful thing and the REAL damage was done by a full strength team conceding a goal in the first leg. as for wigin, to say they were fortunate is an understatement. yes we didnt play brilliantly but 2 nailed on penaltys not given, 2 major goal line scrambles and a perfectly good goal disallowed isnt bad for a `poor` performance. is he the man for the job? maybe, maybe not but he`s here and he inherited a desperate situation so maybe its harsh to judge him at the moment. I remeber plenty of `desperate` moments in the early Allardyce years (Prenton Park Cup Semi anyone?) can we get out of it? if not then the obvious answer is lack of goal power and whilst i agree with gartsides sentiments about not keeping players who want to leave there is NO WAY Anelka should have been allowed to leave, whether he wanted to stay or not. End of season Yes, mid season without a replacement NO WAY. and THAT is the bottom line for me. a very poor piece of business that could have been done in the summer could cost us dearly
  7. Totally disagree. Bottom line is its a business and that is very good business. ?8million profit and we will NOT go down because of this. If we go down it will because the team have not performed. There is enough quality to keep us afloat IMHO I still dont know how we got him in the first place. Class act, good luck to him. He has been nothing but professional from first to last, unlike others who have been and gone.
  8. if youre gonna wizz your ticket in the bin can I have it instead please. I was far too tight to buy one this year and would welcome some free tickets ta!
  9. jesus! one read of this thread reminds me why i stopped posting on here. nothing seems to have changed strange timing but there must be reasons. good luck to the big headed arrogant fat fucker
  10. aye but i think its all about this LLU system (local loop unbundling) which gives you twice the speed. I think they have to literally unplug you from the normal BT box and plug you in to a new one. I am led to believe the problem is with BT who are in charge of the sky connections. The company name is is easynet (not sky)
  11. i tried to connect on 27th Sept and its not working. Sky say that the Bolton exchange is cream crackered! Anybody else having trouble??
  12. so it wasnt because he was Mexicos all time record scorer who wanted to spend time in Europe before the World Cup then?
  13. so theres 18 managers who have taken bungs and allardyce does it regular and in nearly a year under cover they have produced 3 agents bigging themselves up and not a single shred of evidence of a paper trail that leads anywhere. couldnt they have shown money deposited in to these offshore accounts if thats where the money goes? BSA is a wheeler dealer, always after a player on the cheap, just like `arry looks like he drives a 3 wheel van and sells ooky gear on camden market. and that makes them easy targets but not a jot of evidence if heads will rolll i would say they will roll at the bbc, not in the premier league
  14. funny how they didnt have the camera with them when they went to speak to allardyce! i aint seen anything remotely damning yet
  15. im ferkin sick of this thing with the binmen only emptying the bin every fortnight. cheeky bleeders left mine this morning because it was `too full` so I rang up and complained. they said you have to write to your local councillor but the main address is below so everyone should write in and moan about it so they`ll do something about it. the honourabel members for great lever are called Mr Hussain, Mr Idrees and Mr Ayub (sigh!) Members Services, Room 220, 2nd Floor, Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU
  16. and this http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/dmstandar..._page_id=7&ct=5 look at the links at the bottom of this article
  17. zico its true. i shat you not!!! do yourself a favour. read this as well http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/cgi-bin/v...141050760,24632
  18. this is pucker, i got it originally from that moneysavingexpert.com bloke off radio 2. it worked for me so take a minute to read this. apologies if its been posted already. i had a quick look but couldnt see it anywhere. This is not junk mail. I know most junk mails start that way, but this is true. According to Which! 1 in 5 people are affected by charges imposed on their bank accounts by their bank for failing to pay Direct Debits, Standing Orders and Cheques. Further to this, they also impose charges for going over your overdraft limit - sometime, a charge for each day you are over your limit. The Banks often say that these charges are intended to compensate them for their loss. However many people believe that they are far higher than that. If this is true then the charges are dispropotionate penalties and are invalid. These charges can be crippling for some people. Visit http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk to find out how to reclaim any disproportionate penalties. It doesn't matter if you have been charged ??30 or ??5000. If you have had any of these types of charges on your account within the last 6 years, please visit: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk. Even if you haven't been affected by these charges, then if you email this to just 5 people in your address book, at least ONE of those will have been. If you email it to everyone in your address book, you will most likely be helping lots of people. Currently we have thousands of Users who are in the process of, or are about to be claiming their charges back. There is no charge to join our forum - we are not in this for profit - there are no adverts on our site and no fees to enter. We are just disgruntled bank customers who, frankly, have had enough. It's time to redress the balance.
  19. mention!!! what the bloke said was `ah well, yes, when you look at it again then maybe i suppose you could kind of make the case that perhaps actually he possibly could have maybe ever so slightly just drifted maginally offside` in a manner that suggested that ever so slightly, marginally, just about wandering off side actually adds up to not being offside at all! that hardly adds up to an admission.
