He's had to work very hard I suspect to keep us on an solid financial base with pressure from managers, players and even fans. Look around at "big" clubs beginning to crash and burn. It's his job to keep a level head, plan for all eventualities from FA Cup wins & Europe to relegation & adverse publicity. He has to try and keep gates up and costs down and ultimately manage the entire staff of BWFC. Yes he gets paid well to do it but he aint doing to bad in my opinion and whilst there may not be a "chairman of the month" award, they work just as hard every day as the managers.
