  1. He’s got another year at Sunderland
  2. Agreed, I really don’t see what others see in him. Good league one player on his day but far too injury prone and inconsistent.
  3. If it was this easy I’d keep, Collins, Forino, Toal, Forrester, Morley, Randall, Mendes Gomes, Baxter, Schon. A few smart additions to that group is all we need to compete, I think the squad is being dirtied by bad apples.. McAtee seems too much of a billy big bollocks considering he hasn’t done much, I don’t trust his influence on the players above. Santos, Jones, Cogley, Sheehan, Adeboyego, Nlundulu and Thomason all have that mentality/skill issue.. We need to evolve from them. Promote Conway, Abimbola, Ahmed, Latrell-Lewis and Lawrence from the B team/send out on loan.
  4. I’d also like to add that I think Randall will thrive next season, he’s been dropped into an absolute shitshow but has been superb for Peterborough over the years.
  5. Majority of these losers can go for me. In disbelief that we’ve given Cogley an extra year but I suppose he’s ok for back-up. Fully expect Conway to step up next season, even possibly Abimbola and Ahmed.. at the very least they should be sent out on similar loans as Conway. I don’t think we’ll have any issue offloading Nlundulu who might even return to Cambridge should they go down. Will be over the moon to see the back of Jones who is diabolical, his defending for Barnsley’s 3rd goal the other week was embarrassing. Sad to see Baxter and Santos leaving but the it needs to happen and will free up a good chunk of wages. Go all out for Connell as the midfield general and try to poach Mothersille/Ricky jones off Peterborough. One of those two will top league one scoring charts next season mark my words.
  6. Had high hopes for Mcatee. He looked superb for Barnsley. Bang average player that doesn’t wanna know when the going gets tough, I think he’s a bad apple and having an effect on the likes of Collins.
  7. Think we’ll hear some home truths from Schumacher in his post match interview. I hope him and Fergal have identified a long list of players that will show fight, strength and determination.
  8. Big rebuild in the summer. 5 players minimum, I can see us going in for Ennis who’s been on fire at Blackpool. Possibly even Ryan Hardie assuming Plymouth go down. Huge summer coming up, we risk stagnating as a league one side for years now a la Charlton.
  9. Must win and hope Huddersfield/Reading drop points. Need to create a bit of breathing space. 3-0
  10. Appreciate that you can’t win them all but they were absolutely garbage and we should have been out of sight.
  11. Must win if we’ve any ambitions for second spot. I have a feeling we’ll run riot tonight 0-4
  12. Very very impressive to follow up a fantastic result on Tuesday. Now 2 points clear of 7th with a game in hand. Top two potentially on 👀
  13. Are we finally going to become consistent under SS. The signs so far are amazing but it would be very Bolton to put in a shocker and lose this. Still think we’ll shit em tho. 0-3
  14. Sickening. Only one of them is Korean.
  15. Crazy take. He’s the most naturally gifted in the squad along with collins
  16. Nicky Hunt was an absolute fanny magnet, still is.
  17. just a guess, turns out I was wrong
  18. Les Ferdinand
  19. Fantastic comeback. Shouldn’t be conceding that many goals at home to anyone let alone fucking Crawley Town. SS will sort that defence in no time I’ve no worries, read a stat that we are the second highest scorers in the division but not sure if that’s true? RE Schon, top quality on the ball, played out of position today, he will run the show on his preferred side imo.
  20. Megson
  21. The Schumacher revolution begins. Fully expecting our best performance of the season.
  22. I thought it was a very promising performance, the players look a lot more happy with the ball and willing to express themselves. We were the better side for most parts but poor finishing has let us down, don’t think the pitch helped our men one bit. Their players will be used to it. Won’t be long until we put a winning together under the new man. As a side note, that’s the first time in 18months I’ve felt we were unlucky to lose and actually been entertained.
  23. Riding the wave of optimism, new manager bounce, players trying to impress should be enough for us to win this, but football isn’t that easy. I’m much more confident of a result after reading lost smith.
  24. wrong endurt table though
