  • I get why they're doing it but it's proper shit to see Goodison go. That place is everything I loved about football. Dark horrible streets filled with pubs, the smell of burger vans and rand

  • Only when away fans turn up During the week they still call it the racecourse

In a sad way, be interesting to see those line ups in those games, see if any opposition kids did well etc

Good news.   Hopefully Demps back for the run in.

Only saw first half - Hutchinson take a bow

Some common sense !

The lads coming back from injury will have been told to take it easy. The idea that players should be judged on today is just stupid.

It was a training session for Demps too but he managed to at least look like he was putting some effort in. The likes of Matete, Lolos, Gomez and Jones have no excuses.

I saw nothing of it all so no view on whether that's a fair description.

Odd though, as Jones, an ex Everton junior & club fan should have been honoured to be there.

But we're amidst some serious injury losses & I'd not be surprised if Schu hadn't instructed players to keep things simple.

They're also first team players, just having a run out.

I doubt the manager will have wanted to see them all blood and thunder, when he wants them available.

Those returning from injury may be at different stages, and being nursed or pushed a bit more.

All about preparation and nothing more.

Question anyone that is poor in tbe next league game.

It needs to be said we were up against a B team of young players that could form part of a Premiership side in years to come. Doubt any of ours will ever reach that level.

Speaking of their lads, I wouldn't mind having that Martin Sherif in on a loan, made Santos look silly on occasions, I know he's been way off it recently but that's impressive for any 18 year old.
