Not sure why but I thought it'd be quite a complicated operation but he was in and out in 45 mins. Makita multi-tool and bosh straight off.   Posted before my dad had his leg amputated when we were kids. Amazing how quickly it just became part of normal life and you get on with things. Got to be better than being stuck like he has. Get a blue badge for parking, fucks up security scanners in airports. But hopefully once he gets back on his feet (foot?) will let him get back to a much more normal life Edited April 29 by Ani Quote

Unfortunately my todger shrinks to 6" and my bollox constrict to the size of a walnut (picture available on my OnlyFans page). Mentally and physically cold baths tick all the boxes. Quote

It 100% staves inflammation helps on recovery. Long term though you need that inflammation for muscle growth and repair. If it makes you feel better after a run then crack on. ....our kid is home tonight by the way. One week on from amputation. Mad how quick they have you out. Quote

Aye, it's not for everyone. Good luck and all the best to your brother. And well done you for that run. That shit is well out of my league. Quote

Ten minutes? One at my gym where you control the temperature, can only manage 3 mins at 12 degrees Tried it lower but thought I was going to pass out Ten minutes sounds like a luke warm bath to me Though I go up to my neck which probably makes a huge difference Will try ten minutes at waist level next time Quote

Cold water and nothing else. It feels like it but it's far from freezing. Put I little warm in if you want. I did for the first few but it's cold all the way now. But don't go down in instalments, just do it in one go. 3 minutes of swearing and regretting it and 7 mins of just accepting it. It regenerates me no end. It's worth it. * A couple of weeks ago I had a normal bath after a run. After I got out I walked down the stairs and around the house like a 80 year old man. I ached all the next day too.  Quote

It could be 10 days between runs. It's general knackeredness everyone gets after any sort of exercise. I just found the hot bath exacerbated any aching. Cold bath was a full recharge. Quote

I do the line often , ( and ref sometimes) usually because no one else will , but then the same people who won’t do it become experts on off side and call every decision and whether a ball up by the corner flag was out when they’re at the halfway line with 20 people in the way , roaring and screaming. Kids football turns parents into abusive wankers , seen it for years .  Quote
Dr Faustus Posted Friday at 12:19 Posted Friday at 12:19 I love blowing up and offering the whistle to the gobby Cunts on the sidelines, explaining I’ll happily go to the Shammy and everyone else can go home… usually gets the right reaction 😂 Quote
