Right

Remember buying him from one of the Sheffield clubs for 90K think it was Wednesday and he was a great prospect, but who did we sell him to

Same question for Philliskirk?

Also whilst on memory lane, the cooldest match I can ever remember was new years day when Paul Comstive scored two goals from the corner spot, who were we playing and what year

Bournemouth at home, one New Years Day in the very early 90's. I'll guess at 91.

Batty, Yep thats a definite, 2-0 or 3-1?

Reeves and Philliskirk both got moves to a higher division even though they couldnt get in our team due to Walker and McGinlay

Philliskirk signed for peterboro in October 92 and scored 11 goals for them that season.

Reeves joined Notts County in March 93 and scored twice that season.

Bournemouth was 4-1 on New Years Day 91

What was Philliskirk's first match in a Wanderer's shirt?

I'll give you a clue because you won't find this on any internet geeky stat website.

It was a friendly match away from home but not a long distance to travel.

I was there (na na nana na :D )

I know he came on at Stoke as sub.
I remember that because our keeper (can't remember who it was) had an injury that was a suspected broken leg, we were behind that goal and it looked bad at the time. Also Shilts was very close to the record of most league appearances he was about 4 games away I think :-k
