Wobbly J Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 I see he's in the nets to keep the Chelski out tomorrow. Got me thinking - Keepers I've seen in a Wanderers shirt :- Best - Branny (pen save against Reading) Shocker - Simon Farnworth (any cross)
HAPPY SHOP PIG Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 Jim McDonagh scoring against Burnley from a goal kick
Guest Posted February 19, 2006 Posted February 19, 2006 got a lot of time and respect for Aiden. when we were good, a lot of people forget that he was the man inbetween the sticks whilst Branny was injured. he was one of our biggest unsung heroes ever. FACT.

scaz Posted February 20, 2006 Posted February 20, 2006 got a lot of time and respect for Aiden.when we were good, a lot of people forget that he was the man inbetween the sticks whilst Branny was injured. he was one of our biggest unsung heroes ever. FACT. i dont agree with that i thought he was crap, espicially once the crowd started to get on his back, he had a hard job trying to replace branagen when he was injured . the only 2 good keepers we have had for some years imo are branagen and jussi. bad keepers we have had in my time supporting bolton are simon farnworth dave felgate (wales no1 ::::::::::: kevin rose aidan davison gavin ward steve banks
Mike Hunt Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 can remember Kevin Rose getting chipped whilst on his line at Rochdale Best keeper ever - John McGinlay! never conceded a goal
jules_darby Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 Didn't Aiden get done putting a bar stool through a pub window in a brawl? I think he was accompanied by Browny, but I may have made the whole thing up :-s
tyldesley_white Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 Yes , but I don't think anything came of it .... but could be wrong AGAIN
