Cole needs as many chances to score as a raw Vaz. He's a poacher as is The Borg.

 

He has the experience granted, but what does he bring that we don't already have?

 

I'd save the BWFC funds to buy big next year when we have European footbal.

Its a strange one to call. If we ended up getting a top forward along with Cole then we'd all be happy. I personally think he could do a job coming off the bench, and starting in the cup games.

 

But if he turns out to be our only striking addtion then I along with most whites wouldn't be happy.

 

Shipping out the Borg is ok with me, but replacing him with someone older isn't.

I'd rather launch a bid for either Aliadiere from Arsenal or go for Rossi from Man U. He is to old and yes he still could do a job but we want this club to improve not stay the same and why would he want to buy him when he has Borgetti.

Let me clarify - it would still cost the club something - signing on fee etc. Therefore, it's still a risk..
