Why? I thought Platini was in charge now?

they said- sep blatter had the power to over rule the prems fine and deduct points and even increase the fine ! tee hee

although West Ham deserve to go down, it would be an outrage IF Fifa

now deduct points off them.

It was the Premier League who should have been big enough to decuct points then not now!

platini is uefa

Oh yes, silly me!

Everyone send email to UEFA, but instead of saying that you want West Ham docked points, tell them that your a West Ham fan and they are a bunch of tossers for even looking into it and have no right to. They might relegate them out of spite then.

I am pleased. When FIFA uphold the punishment, Whelan and McCabe will be able to whinge no longer.

exactly we can not go down the route of cheering them sticking their noses when it suits.

it has fcuk all to do with them

if they say points are to be deducted and the league refuse will we be banned from international football ?

the rules about loans and third parties are different for each country it is outside fifas remit, the only reason for them to get involved is to say everything is ok and so get rid of the threat of legal proceedings.

I could be on my own here but i now hope wet spam don't get deducted points just to see that c?nt whelan explode with bitter rage!

Sorry Yossi, reading your post I keep coming up with 'Oh sh1t! This will all end in tears. We are going down now'

They sorted out Rayo Vallecano when the Primera Liga wouldn't and I have a strong suspicion they'll do it here too.

One sentence I have not yet read anywhere in this whole West Ham - Tevez saga is 'bringing the game into disrepute'

I don't think you lads will get away with this one - too much unease in the football world in the dodginess of the whole deal. On the plus side for you, I am sure that your entire club will take on that siege mentality and p1ss the CC championship.

I think WHU will get points deducted - NEXT SEASON.

End of the day Sheff Utd got relegated because they didn't have enough points to stay in the division.

Every single club could argue a point about WHU. We lost last week because of Tevez - if we'd won, we'd have finished higher in the table and got more money.

IMO - The points deduction had to happen before the season ended.

Oh yes, he's said he's "monitoring the situation very carefully". That really sounds like he's wading in as the BBC call it.

I thought only Northerners had chips on their shoulders. :nea:

it has fcuk all to do with them

As they are the world governing body for the sport then it has got everything to do with them.

Beats me why the FA hasn't grown a pair of bollox and took control of the mess.

you know very well why they haven't

rearrange these words carefully

world

winners

cup

Fifa won't do fcuk all either. I'd put lots of cash on WHU being in the Prem next season.

If somehow Sheff Utd manage to pursue this quickly through the courts, which i doubt they can. Then win, which is even more doubtful then whats stopping WHU challenging the verdict?

FWIW, I don't think West Ham have anything to worry about.

The problem with the original signatures of Tevez and Mascherano was a bureaucratic one at worst. The players would have been totally eligible if the paperwork had been done properly. It wasn't, so they got fined. Seems fair enough to me.

PS Tevez is absolute quality. I'd love to see him in a Bolton shirt.

IMO, It's the FA that FIFA need to look at for this on-going fcuk up:

How can they accept WHU evidence that the contract with the third part is now null and void? In my line of business it needs both parties to agree to the cancellation for it to be valid.

If the contract was ripped up and cancelled on April 27th, how did the FA allow WHU to 'resign' Tevez outside of the transfer window?

The players would have been totally eligible if the paperwork had been done properly

West Ham wouldn't have been able to sign the players if they had done everything above board. MSI would only let them go to West Ham because they agreed to contractual agreements which aren't allowed by the Premier League.

MMMMUUUGGGSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
