stelios05 Posted July 31, 2007 Posted July 31, 2007 I just wanted to know if you think it could be the end of stelios after Sammy Lee looks like he wants to play 442 as we have signed wilhelmson & braaten who play on the wings aswell as diouf & vaz te who have played there in pre-season? i think he will be a bit part player in the cups if i am honest as it looks like Sammy wants to go with pace on the wings. also with him being out for a month aswell after the hernia operation it could be that when he gets back to full fitness we could have a settled side and i think he will struggle to get back into the starting 11 and even the first 16. What do you think???

He has no pace, never tries to beat a man and simply hovers around the halfway line, rarely getting forward. Ineffective whenever I've seen him in a 4-4-2 system, although many believe that he is ineffective anyway.
