Whites man Posted September 4, 2007 Posted September 4, 2007 Call me churlish, but if it means he gets the press on his back like ALL previous England managers, then yes! Normally, I don't like the press getting personal, but in his case, I'll make an exception. But he won't get it as long as he's got a hole in his arse (commonly known as Craig!) There's more skeletons in the Allardyce family cupboard then the Panorama allegations, eh Craig? If Fatty gets the gig then there's going to be some entertaining reading in the Sunday red tops!
Casino Posted September 4, 2007 Posted September 4, 2007 i can only think andrew cole is regretting retiring from international football
Pablo Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Lecott's call is well over-due. He didn't set the world alight, he was so bloody nervous, was the same in his first game for us, look at him now. Maybe in the top 5 most consistent players in the Prem, he is certainly another great season away from being too good for us lot!!!!
frank_spencer Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 just to dig himself further in after 442 bringing england 5 consecutive 3-0 wins he's going to change formation to a 433 just so he can bring back fat frank!!!

Totally agree on that - he looked the proverbial rabbit in the headlights when he came on. If he is too good for you can we have him? You can have Meite and Cid in exchange.

Pablo Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 You mean the captain of a Prem team, by far their best player, and easily on of the best Centre back in the Prem ???
Zico Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 You mean the captain of a Prem team, by far their best player, and easily on of the best Centre back in the Prem ??? no, i think he meant woodgate
jules_darby Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 no, i think he meant woodgate Correct And it didn't do his career much good did it.
Fleetwood White Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 ??????????????????????????????super, super, kev super, super, kev super, super, kev super, super, kevin davies.............. totally agree with you - everyone laughs in my face when i mention his name - i rate him better than heskey and crouch anyday
uriah rennie Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 totally agree with you - everyone laughs in my face when i mention his name - i rate him better than heskey and crouch anyday Never
Guest as Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 Who'd you sooner have playing for you Crouch, Heskey or Davies? Now this isn't a trick question, as we all know if Super Kev had played for Liverpool at any time in his career, he'd have already been in the England squad. King Kev will never play for England, but there are plenty who are no better who get a chance due to the England manager(s) picking the same old w?nkers year-after-year. Keiron Dyer & Phil Neville to name a few.
revdishydave Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 there is no doubt kev should be given a chance ahead of heskey- crouch is a different type of player... i think they should both be named in a squad to offer a bit of variety, plan b if you will. England will qualify, and our performance in 2008 will probably be as mediocre as this season nothing changes, media frenzy, then disappointment after quarter final penalty failure
Guest Boothy Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 Its just how the game has gone, there were times you could play for anyone, (including wolves!!) and have a fair crack at being called up for england. Not with these clowns in charge, not good for revenue!!!!
