The bloke had obviously been told on numerous occasions to 'go away' you can see him clearly walking double slow to antagonise the cops, however, the cops cannot go round pushing people about for walking slowly, it's a difficult one, I wouldn't like to be on the jury.

Reminds me of policing at football matches back in the 80's. Back then all football fans were treated like shite - if you weren't a hoolie then it's tough because you will be treated like one. He collapsed around 10 minutes later with a heart attack. i dont know when he actually died . We dont know the full circumstances but it doesnt appear like he was a threat to the police. Lets hope the truth comes out and theres no cover up. I am not a racist but can you imagine the uproar if this guy was an asian? Any cursory glance at my past posts will show I've got no history of blasting the police; also, I'd have no qualms with a copper putting the boot into those Tarquins playing pretend anarchists and lobbing posts through the bank windows etc.

BUT as the MP for Leigh says this was some geezer who works there, walking home past the very police his council taxes pay to protect him.
