They have to have enough assets to pay the administrator's fees or no-one will take it on. (See Stockport County).

 

There seems to be so much in terms of unusual dealings that it would not be a simple administration. So I wouldn't expect a big queue.

 

Looking at the Kings Lynn case, the risk seems to be that the Revenue get the Winding Up petition and close it down.

 

Which means we would lose 3 points.

 

However, I think the bondholders will have a wip round to buy the Revenue off which is why they have presented the petition.

yes he took a gamble and it didn't work. He's also taken another risk with OC but the jury will not retake their seats on that one until we stay up/go down.

They'll get out of it - if the club had any sense, it would be flogging players, paying off deadwood and possibly working a deal on the ground. If needs must (and presuming they own it), they should consider selling the ground and sharing until things pick up.

Let me get this right, the owe the IR&C ?11m but claim they are actually owed a refund. With harsh personal experience of that shower of fucking shite I know they get things very wrong but to the tune of multi millions can't be right.

They don't own their own ground so have nothing but their playing staff as assets? Why the frig would anyone touch the club with a barge pole, never mind two nobbers in quick succession?

How did they ever get the investment in the first place to get into so much debt?
