Thinking of watching the remake of the Firm toneet, I know it's probably not a patch on the original but is it still worth watchin?

Watched them both one after the other the other night, thought they were both shit.

All hoolie films are shite FACT! Would rather watch rugby league while Coldplay are blasting out of my stereo at max volume.

:shok: Lets agree to disagree on that one

Just so we understand each other - I would rather watch rugby league while Coldplay are blasting out of my stereo at max volume because that to me is hell, but only just above all the hoolie films I've seen

Got that bit, dont think they're all that bad tho. The original Firm is a classic, is/was the only hoolie film that stands out above all the others, crap like green street/I.D would agree with you about, Football factory was ok(ish) but thats about it, just dont want to be let down by this remake being a load of crap. will keep The fourth Kind on standby methinks

Hoolie films are just not gritty enough, they don't catch that feeling of actually going to a match were there might be some bother, and the fights scenes are rubbish - too much Hollywood in them. If someone can do a ducu-film then they might be on to a winner.

Rule 1 for making a half desent hoolie film - the word steeeeeeam must have it's place.

The new version has the same director as The Football Factory. Think I'll give it a miss.

Then again the old version is one of the worst films I've ever seen.

Never mind these films-read the football factory or head hunters by John King.
