Adidas Kit

I know your all sick to the back teeth of the 'Bolton Kits To Be Made By Adidas' rumours, but I found these when browsing the web. Some guy has designed these, I've no idea if he's involved with Adidas or Bolton Wanderers, but from his comments, I know these are 'just for fun' experiments, so don't get your hopes up :)

I actually like that, reminds me of the Japan shirt I bought when we had Nakata on our books :)

I reckon Rola Cola would look better.

To finally prove it's not going to be an Adidas shirt

hmmph, if it's not an Adidas one, then I won't be buying one!

How many new home shirts have we had now in the last few seasons?

Pretty sure its four in four. I know its 'cos they keep messing around with the sponsors, Reebok > RBK > Reebok > 188Bet, but pretty sure home shirts are supposed to be kept for two years. Any idea what their excuse is for changing it this time?

Not complaining, glad to see the back of the current one, but just a thought.

There's no rule as such, a while ago a few teams said they'd only release shirts on a 2 year cycle.

Spurs have released new 1st, 2nd and 3rd shirts including 3 new goalie shirts every year for a while now.

It used to be a clause in the customer charter, but they withdrew either the clause or the whole charter.

to generate extra income?

out of interest, I wonder how many BWFC replica kits are actually sold world wide? - what do you reckon 40K per year?

It'll be 5 in 5 when the 2010/11 season starts:

It makes me laugh when people say they wont buy the shirt because it too expensive, and then moan in the next sentence that you not spending money on new players !!!

as well as wondering how many shirts we actually sell per year, I wonder what percentage of the shirt sale the club get. What I'm getting at is does it make a great deal of different to the club how many shirts we sell, from a financial stand point

We're making the most of having Chungy on board, new kit released before the World Cup all the Koreans are keeping an eye on his form, we'll shift loads!

Course it does, or it did.

Any deal you make with Potential Kit Manufacturers or retail companies, will be based around previous sales numbers.

Its not just that, its the fact that people will not put any money into the Club, but expect an Anelka type signing every summer.....This goes for all clubs and fans too !

I agree with you on that one, why do people always want cheaper tickets for cup games?

The club announces they're 15 quid people complain they're not a tenner, if they made them a tenner they should be a fiver.

Thse sort of 'fans' are generally the ones complaining loudest when we sign no one of note during transfer windows too.

Bringing the kit out pre-Summer holidays is very welcome. Kits always seemed to come out after the hols - which missed the boat for me.

Happy with most of those Adidas kits. Diddle-dee's should be held back for our next Euro campaign

I dont really understand Europe ticket crowds.

Teams fight hard to get in Europa, fans cheer them on to get that last Europa League place....then dont bother turning up when you actually get into it!!!
