Widders most smartphones are superior to the Iphone if you want to use it for owt practical.

 

However for dicking about and showing off yer latest overly priced 'app' to your mates the Iphone is the only way forward for todays lobotomised approval seekers.

Had an iphone before but sold it for profit but have had other phones that have been touted as "better" and i think for all round purpose you can't beat the iphone. Anyone know any decent websites where i can get one from?

Depends on what it is, for a 3g i bought one for ?200 and sold it for ?280 about 8 months ago, nothing above the ?290 mark i think, probably the best place i though for me is ebay.

i have a spare 3G with a cracked case, bit scratched, but works perfectly.

And bus partner has same one in better condition.

So I guess we are both open to offers.

 

I'm currently using my spare as an alarm clock in the bedroom!

3gs has a faster processor and more memory + a built in compass and possibly a better camera and battery. Oh, and it does video I think. It allows you to run multiple processes I think, whereas the 3g doesn't.

 

4g isn't out yet, it won't be called 4g as that's too confusing. Specs may be announced on Monday.

not doubt the 1st person you meet who buys one, will say "my new iphone is ace, its got the new 4g internet which is fast as fuck!"

might wait till this comes out then, will bring down prices of the others.

Bought one of the Casecrown's from HW.

Quite satified with quality, etc.

Might get another for my spare one - thus eradicating the eyesore of the crack on the reverse, the scuffs and scratches.

It's almost time so.....who is camping out and queuing round the block Thursday morning for the 8.02 sale?

 

 

I'm still in two minds, the new contracts give you less for your money, but i'll probably be outside the o2 shop tomorrow morning.

I was going to head out early doors for the new iphone, however I have just been informed that each provider (orange, voda and o2) are only getting 3300 each. So at this early stage they are going to be bloody hard to get, unless you pay the 599 at Apple.

The 12month deal through tesco for the 16gb seems the best bet at the moment with the extra clubcard points.
