For every ? earned, 96p goes directly back into the merry go round one way or another. Not sure what happens to the other 4p. Appn' it ends up down the side of the couch or sommat.

 

Anyway, I'd have thought the commies and socialists would love the idea.

we've not enough fucking money to pay folk who are working for the council never mind finding money from the council coffers to get folk in. Central government may see the returtns in Tax etc but bolton council certainly wont

I have come to the conclusion from this thread that Bolton council and/or their binmen are obviously shite. From driving through Bolton and Horwich into Aggy last Sunday (after it all fell on Fri/Sat) it was very obvious that there was a fair bit more snow in Chorley than Bolton. Yet, there has been a lot less disruption to the bins being emptied in Chorley than Bolton for some reason?

My bin usually gets emptied on a Monday, my son put it out. I came back home on Tuesday after being away for five days, and its fuller than a Munich brothel after the 2-2 draw. I hate my scummy neighbours using my bin.

i actually saw a bin lorry outside my house yesterday. was only 6 ft away from my bin. didn't empty the fucker though! already on biweekly bin collection. so have not been empted for 1 month. what i don't understand is that they've been down my road, turned round and have fucked off without even attempting to empty any bins what so ever. i don't get why they would do that! can anyone help explain the retardedness of this action?
