January 24, 201115 yr As soon as we have a bad result we get pricks like you talking crap, you were probably saying Champions League 2 weeks ago!
January 24, 201115 yr you two gayers hush!!! we are not a good team at the moment and have not been for some time now. people need to start acknowledging that we could be in trouble. the league is tight. a few wins and we will be fine i admit but at the moment i can't see them coming.....can you?
January 24, 201115 yr Author There are serious issues at the mo and there is always one unsuspecting teamthat gets dragged into it. Let's hope wheater adds fresh legs to a tired defense and hope dog eater returns raring to go

Let's hope wheater adds fresh legs to a tired defense and hope dog eater returns raring to go i really thought you were on a wind up a few weeks back, and still do. but having said that, a lot of your predictions/comments are coming in at the moment. we will turn it round though, keep the faith.

Had a bit of experience of it so can spot the signs Seems as if he's lost the dressing room but also one bad apple can cause major upset too. And that being petrov, the signs are there and he needs showing the door
January 25, 201115 yr Walking back from the Wolves game to the car I was so happy believing we were quite something this season even though we allowed them back in the game. Since the end of November we have gradually gone worse and worse. The Sunderland game was a big turning point and that Zak Knight miss then the Klasnic misses that cost us at least a point. We should have got something from Chelsea away and we should have got something from the murderers but SHOULD have we didn't. We were better than Wigan without playing particularly well and Elmander was guilty of not hitting the net with two clear cut chances. Now the confidence of all the players is shot at and Stoke Away and Chelsea at home we have been comprehensively beaten. I believe Anewman is a wind up merchant but he does have a point; if we dont start getting points soon we could well be in trouble
January 25, 201115 yr Theres worse teams than us, however we need a result against wolves to stop the slide. Lose that, then lose at spurs (we'll defo lose there) then we wont be far off bottom three. Beat Wolves and we've enouugh of a cushion not to have to worry. Big game. January 25, 201115 yr We have a limited squad in terms of numbers. We have players missing, injury, international duty. We have a number of players out of form ..Jussi, whoever plays right back, cahill, muamba, petrov, taylor, skd and elmander ! We have no plan B. (and i am not talking urban street artist turned film director) We do not look like we know where a goal might come from. We are 'only' 8 points aheed of relegation
January 25, 201115 yr Can be very easily dragged into the relegation dog fight. We're just very lucky this season that the league is so poor. For that reason I can't see us going down...
January 25, 201115 yr Cant see it, but you are in danger of getting dragged into it. I think your good patch, was just that a patch, a glimpse of what you could be, rather than THE NORM or what you SHOULD be doing, that form had some of you going crazy, Champions League, Holden walking into United's team, Cahill ?20 Million, Chungy ?8 Million, Coyle for Arsenal etc....madness. Your not bad, your work in progress, Coyle has been saying this, as he knew the good form would not last. So he was preparing you, so he could say...."Well I did say we were still work in Progress...." You have some decent players, but seriously, Davies and Holden are nowhere near the level required to be top 8 prem, they may be one day, Holden especially. But you need more experience, more quality in with them. I can defo see you pushing that top 10 / 8 in the next couple of years, you just need to keep Coyle. Go on.....respond with an attack on you know who.....you know you want to...!
January 25, 201115 yr I was going to start a thread titles theres always one team.... I think this season we may be the one. Got Christmas and alls well. Now going rapidly tits up and worryingly poor. Elmo's gone back to his prior form, Muamba (and im a fan of the lad) as lost his way. Davies looks (very) tired. Petrov (we all know about), Cahill and Knight dont do clean sheets and Jussi has hit the worst bit of from for a few years. Time for change before its too late.
January 25, 201115 yr We need to get 8 or 9 points more IMO, and we still have Wolves, Everton, Villa, West Ham and Sunderland at home, and potentially winnable games at Blackburn, Blackpool, Birmingham and even Fulham or Newcastle (although I know our away form at the moment is awful). Add to that there are quite a few teams in the league worse than us and I still predict that we will finish anywhere between 9th and 14th depending on how long this bad run continues.
January 25, 201115 yr Watch this space I'm not so vehement about it as you are, but I don't think it's beyond the realms of possibility by any stretch. We can't score, we can't stop the other team scoring and we struggle to fill the bench at all, let alone with players who can come in and make a difference. I don't really think we will go down, but we're very overpriced. Were you at the north end of the East Upper last night, by any chance?
January 25, 201115 yr Don't think we'll come close to going down but there are serious issues within the squad at the moment. Needs balancing back out with a line drawn underneath last nights heap of shit. Onwardsd & upwards.
January 25, 201115 yr Not concerned as we all know one or two wins change the whole scene. I have a feeling these wins are very close. Keep the faith. I was hoping we'd sell Cahill and get Samba from Blackburn; Sturridge from Chelsea plus one more. We ain't going down and we all know it.
