January 25, 201115 yr All this on the back of a 4-0 beating from Chelsea, what's new? Chelsea on their day are a class act and unlucky for us they turned it on last night. Yes we were shite but chelsea were class. 11 points will give us 41 points, we aint going down. The core of our team are not playing well but who do you replace them with? A couple of fresh faces will give us the kick up the arse we need. I know I'm being optimistic and we havnt won in five, is it? but if we go down arse and town hall steps comes to mind. January 25, 201115 yr In this bad patch we have played 10 and took 8 pts a similar bad run in the next 10 games would put us on 38 pts and virtually safe, the 6 -7 games in 20 days have done for us, couple of wins and new players and we will finish the season well. Did we get 5 points from 11 games and still avoid relegation?? January 25, 201115 yr at the risk of chomping on a maggot we are shite and have been weeks, i have no idea why. luckiliy weve got 30 points and we only need another 10 for safety. imo, coyle needs to swallow some pride and try and defend a little. the defence and keeper have fucking chance if the midfeild have no interest in the defensive side of the game.

Even when we were winning we were still conceding. Elmander especially, Muamba etc have lost form and we cant seem to score. Goals against now mean zero points. We over-achieved in November.

Let's hope wheater adds fresh legs to a tired defense and hope dog eater returns raring to go Nailed on J, We used all our luck in that run we went on in Oct/Nov, We've been poor ever since. That F A Cup 'win' against a non league side went kind of unoticed which they were the better team. Ithink we are in real danger of being dragged right in to the dogfight.

Beat Wolves & we're pretty much safe with 33 points & 13 games to go, a draw would at least stop the rot & take 2 points off Wolves, but a loss would get me worried,with the transfer window shut & another loss at Spurs coming up.
