Purchasing Tickets Online

Can't remember if you need a log-in, password, etc for BWFC tickets online. If so, probably worth folk re-acquainting themselves in advance of Thursday. I know I'm a bugger for forgetting and I imagine, unless its all automated, then the last thing BWFC will be wanting to do is issue new passwords, etc.

Might be talking a load of bollocks - just my own dimwit opinion.

  • I reckon there will be.

  • It is madness.   Imagine queueing for hours to buy your tickets and then being told that ?5.25 will now be added to your purchase price for the tickets to be posted to your home address

  • Its worse than trying to buy Take That tickets for the Mrs

High!! as are the chances of mad panic posts sayings it's crashed so they can't go because they are going on holiday. Etc etc etc

And that's going to stop people trying?

If you apply online is there provision to ask how many tickets they have sold so far.

Interesting to see we have less than 14000 season ticket holders (Inc corporate)

Have we though? maybe theres not enough tickets if everybody gets 2 a la Cardiff? =@

Well thats what it says on the BWFC website

That Appendix A says 12 noon but the blurb on the website says 9.30

Praise our ticket office for being so modern in their procedures!

Stoke fan at work has just shown me their selling process - they have NO on-line sales! The are faced with over the phone or in person. Their fans sites are going mad, especially now they know how modern and advanced our selling process is!!

Yes but this is knuckle dragging/neanderthols/living in the 70's Stoke fans we're on about, they haven't heard of anything more modern than a Spectrum yet

My mate at work is from Biddulph, or Biddle as they pronounce it. They are all Liverpool fans but are going to Wembley anyway, talk of queueing up overnight reminded me of being stood in the Burnden car park, awaiting being patronised by some ticket monkey.

Backward bastards!

It is madness.

My thoughts exactly.

Definately sound advice checking the online account before tomorrow.

Im a ST holder. When you log into your online account the number which comes up next to your name in the top right corner should be the same as your client reference on your ST. Mine is a different number, and I have absolutely no idea why. When I tried to buy tickets in the priority period for the Birmingham game it said I was not entitled.

When I try to activate an account using my actual ST client reference number it says the account is already activated. When I put in my e-mail address it put me through to the account where the reference next to my name is not my client reference.

Im trying to sort it with the ticket office today, but I would urge anyone who has not used their online account to check the reference matches that on their Season ticket. If not you could have problems tomorrow.

It's fair to say after the farce with the Carling Cup tickets in 2004, the ticket office seem to have learnt their lesson, which is good and fingers crossed things will run much more smoothly this time round!

I had the same problem when I tried to purchase Birmingham tickets. I have two Email accounts and I originally thought my season ticket was registered aganist my hotamil account, as it turns out it was registered against my other Email address. So if you have another Email address give that one a try! Good luck

Just assigned the season tickets we're using to my account ready for tomorrow :good:

Also had a look at sales for West Ham, limited seating everywhere in the ground? Weird seeing as it's over 2 week away, people buying half season tickets maybe..
