Can't remember if you need a log-in, password, etc for BWFC tickets online. If so, probably worth folk re-acquainting themselves in advance of Thursday. I know I'm a bugger for forgetting and I imagine, unless its all automated, then the last thing BWFC will be wanting to do is issue new passwords, etc.

Just underlines the sad apathy of the town of Bolton to the club, and the scourge of being surrounded by the so called big clubs, 50% of the poulation of Bolton must support another club than the club that represents the town they live in, I cannot get my head round it.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. I sent an e-mail to the online ticket office and they set up a new account for me linked to the right ST client reference. They sorted in in 5 minutes, no problems.

 

When you log in the reference must match your ST number next to your name in the top right corner.

 

When I originally created my online account I made a mistake and went straight to create account not as a ST holder, and so my reference was different to that on my Season ticket.

 

Were you assigning anyone else tickets who does not have an online account. If so then you could ask them to set up a new account and let them assign the tickets to your ST. Just make sure your details on the system are right first. Alternatively e-mail the online office and see if they can sort it.

Just managed to sort it, sent an email to the ticket office somehow they merged the two accounts & replied.......

This is because you are not logging in with the account associated with your season ticket as per the advertised literature.

 

We have however now merged the two files and you can log in with the email address used here and a password.

I fecked off the on-line system and booked over the phone.

 

Managed to put 31 out of 32 details on the thing when it timed me out.

 

Sure I read somewhere that you had 20 minutes to put the order through, but when I've got to

 

type in double barrelled names then you've got no chance.

I made the mistake of putting in 2 seperate orders thereby incuring 2 seperate ?5.25s. There was no prompt though from the woman I spoke to asking if I wanted coach travel after booking my seats. She said that she couldn't back-track and cancel the previous order. After spending most of the morning talking to her I thought fcuk it and asked for for the coach tickets. I'm not paying for em so balls to it. There is also a mysterious ?2 booking fee added to the coach charge, total cost ?67.25 for 2 tickets.
