Can't remember if you need a log-in, password, etc for BWFC tickets online. If so, probably worth folk re-acquainting themselves in advance of Thursday. I know I'm a bugger for forgetting and I imagine, unless its all automated, then the last thing BWFC will be wanting to do is issue new passwords, etc.

I made the mistake of putting in 2 seperate orders thereby incuring 2 seperate ?5.25s. There was no prompt though from the woman I spoke to asking if I wanted coach travel after booking my seats. She said that she couldn't back-track and cancel the previous order. After spending most of the morning talking to her I thought fcuk it and asked for for the coach tickets. I'm not paying for em so balls to it. There is also a mysterious ?2 booking fee added to the coach charge, total cost ?67.25 for 2 tickets.

B@stards! No it wasn't made clear on the website either?! I just assumed that if you bought the match tickets and bought the coach tickets in the same 'session' it would ok.

 

There should have been an option adding them on when you bought the match tickets or even a catagory on the home page to buy Match & Coach tickets!

 

I know it's only ?7.25 but it could be ?7.25 in my pocket and spent on a KFC on the way down their!

You need to start again and instead of just signing in you need to register the S/T to yourself.

Very simple and easy - I was impressed - 15 tickets now sorted - I think the ticket office deserve some credit for getting this right.

 

45 minutes wait to let me login, left the browser open and I carried on working, when it let me login it was less than 10 minutes to get all 15 tickets in one booking.

 

Definitely better than the time I spent queuing outside Burnden for 6 hours for Wembley tickets.
