Can't remember if you need a log-in, password, etc for BWFC tickets online. If so, probably worth folk re-acquainting themselves in advance of Thursday. I know I'm a bugger for forgetting and I imagine, unless its all automated, then the last thing BWFC will be wanting to do is issue new passwords, etc.

E-mail the ticket office online. Similar thing happened to a poster on this thread and they have attached the response from the ticket office, got it sorted this morning though. I had the same problem yesterday and they sorted it straight away.

sacked off the on-line and rang up, and what a result - jobs a good 'un

I phoned at 9.30 on the dot and had no problem getting all the tickets I wanted in the block I wanted. I could have bought coach tickets at the same time but didn't need them. It's so much easier if you talk to a human being. There was a slight problem initially in that he wanted to charge me the full price for the tickets until I told him they were concessions and he altered it in a matter of seconds.

I realised an hour ago I was one short. Nice and quiet now. Got through straight away, a seat next to one end of our row was still available. In fact it took longer reading out the client reference numbers to find the one that had the second unused allocation on it.
