Gawd theres loads -

I remember first hearing the intro to The Sex Pistols "Pretty vacant" and it made the hair stand up on the back of my neck - and it still does,the freshness,the energy,the anger..i just loved it, and still do.

 

I also like the start of "Teenage kicks" by the Undertones

 

I have a secret soft spot for the intro of Motorheads "Ace of spades"

 

Buzzcocks intro into "Ever fallen in love" floats my boat.

 

Nirvana also did some pretty good intros.

 

As did the Rolling Stones....

 

The Kinks....

 

The Jam...

 

Northenders Only ones "Another girl" clip is another quality intro too imo
