at the end of the day, you paid to watch your team, it shouldnt matter win or lose. even if they got hammered. and i think thats a excellent idea :)

i dont think i am though, i think it doesnt matter if i went or not to wembley. im think people should stop moaning about their money because at the end of the day, you pay to watch your team win or lose. they didnt perform atall, so what, lets move on now and concetrate on the rest of the season and next season. thats just my opinion

They get paid very well to do there job, I'm a spark and if I did my job like they did there's on sunday I think my customer would want there money back you not think. I can take a defeat, but 5 nil is just shocking (spark joke)

Thats slightly different though. 200 odd fans or whatever they probably took to 27,000 at more expensive tickets. A lot easier for them to do.

27,000 fans X ?40 (I know some paid more and some less) = 1,080,000

14 players (who took to the pitch) plus Owen Coyle's wages averaging ?25,000 (I'm guessing, but bear with me)

So ?1,080,000 divided by 15 BWFC staff wages= ?72,000.00 per player/manager

That's less than three week's wages for the average Bolton player. Hefty, but do-able

I don't actually want my money back to be honest.

I can't say I'm thinking "we lost, so what" either.

I don't want my money back, either.

Had a fantastic day beforehand with The Greyhound reminding me of the atmosphere in Guimaraes and Madrid and Munich.

But someone made the point that it would be too much of a hit on the players. I reckon they'd have paid more in fines for bringing the game into disrepute. Some may even say they DID bring the game into disrepute.

Anyway, done now.

72 million per player seems a bit steep!

So what?

Imagine you spent ?40 to see a band at the MEN, and they came on, played one song and pissed off. Woudln't you be abit miffed? Thats what happened to us on Sunday.

We don't mind losing as long as we lose well.

i dont think you can really compare to 2. a band is just playing for entertainment were as footballers are playing for something

So young and yet so sick. I like you Frandsen. :D

ITS ON!

Touchy. I'm not even sure you said it? And it was regarding the Americanism rather than being spelt incorrectly. Rag week or what?

I didn't spend upwards of ?150 to have a nice day!

Edit - Just for the record Im not assed about getting the money back, give it to charity.

Right, they(the players) should refund all money we spent on tickets and give it to Help The Heroes

Bex, as a Bolton fan, what could have been more important than attending the biggest match in recent BWFC history?

getting a place in blackpool with my boyfriend, so my future
