Ironically enough they're South African and are employed by the government there for rugby and various other sports, but were prepared to call bullshit on this whole charade. If he was actually talented he would smash the world record with those things on. Exactly, 30 years ago theyd of just told him to whistle and to run against the others with no legs/1 arm etc Dont think he should be allowed to run, it was ok when he was running shit times, yeh let him in, when hes running times that are close to what would be needed to get in a final i can see the other 400 metre runners not being too happy. He cant win either the guy, if he miraculously medaled people would say it was the fake legs
