frank_spencer Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 I've been wondering what's happening to him. Is it that bad ? he was aiming to be back for the Swansea game but had a set back in his recovery
BOWTUN BAKED Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Whoever they decide to renew, I just hope the contract negotiations include the fact that the new TV/Sky deal is up for renewal in 2013. Given that there's likely to be a reduction after the court loss re Greek channels being cheaper & legal for now, I'd hope this is reflected in their wage offers.

birch-chorley Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Said it a few times now but the big worry for me is Stu Holden and LCY, both of there contracts expire in 18 months, if we leave it until the end of the season then they will only have 12 months left on there contracts and have a gun to our heads. For me its a case of get them signed up now and cross our fingers that they return as good as before they where injured.
Casino Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 and if we end up with two more like sean davis? 4 million a year for 3 or 4 years super good job it aint your shout
BOWTUN BAKED Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 maybe you should bell eddie and let him know? He told me to ring Garty
birch-chorley Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 and if we end up with two more like sean davis? 4 million a year for 3 or 4 years super good job it aint your shout Thats the risk, what would you do wait and see if they fully recover and return to form? If thats the case then by the time you sit down with them they have 12 months left and its Cahill / Elmander all over again. Its catch 22, for me I would be more worried of them firing off for nout than not recovering. We would be fucking unlucky if both of them didnt come back the same player or at all.
gonzo Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 He told me to ring Garty safe. tell him i want heaters under ESL whilst your at it. ta.
