I suggest them what haven't already should get a wriggle on as it's definately a new one, but I've been told it's not in a case or with headphones, just the machine itself with a jiffy bag. Quote

I sent back a brokund 1st generation 2gb. Not really much to complain about there. It's new according to the serial number look up. Cheer up, Casino, i might never happen.
