June 12, 201214 yr They have to reapply to go into the spl as a new team, they will now be known as strangers.
July 13, 201214 yr Could you imagine the scum playing in league 2 I'm trying to. It's a bit like when I imagine I have just won £30 million on the lottery. I glaze over after a while.
July 13, 201214 yr I'm the same as you, but i suspect so, but you're right could you imagine the scum playing in league 2 Suspect we'll see something like it when Citeh's Arab backers get bored and leave 'em with the biggest debt in footballing history.
July 13, 201214 yr It's about time a football club got what it deserved in my view - absolutely nothing against rangers or their fans and i feel for the fans BUT it's about time the merry go round of administration then back out then back in is just bollox - pompey need to get some serious medicine now as well and with a bit of luck some sort of sanity will return to the game we once knew and still love
July 13, 201214 yr been put into division 3. what a shame. The lads of RFCSCWA are happy with that. A few enjoyable years to come before back to the old fight in the SPL. Many tiddlers are going to be ecstatic with home sellouts and a big day out at Ibrox.

July 13, 201214 yr Suspect we'll see something like it when Citeh's Arab backers get bored and leave 'em with the biggest debt in footballing history. i bloody hope not!
July 13, 201214 yr Many tiddlers are going to be ecstatic with home sellouts and a big day out at Ibrox. There was talk the other day that if Rangers do go down to Div 3, that they could well play every game at Ibrox as most of the grounds won't be able to accomodate the travelling fans. The "tiddlers" will be more than happy with that, as they will get more money than they have ever dreamed of by playing their "home" games at Ibrox in front of 25K+ crowds

July 13, 201214 yr Rangers don't have the biggest stadium in the division! fair point, that one aside, I think all the rest are pretty piss poor, and that's being kind
July 13, 201214 yr Who gives a toss about Scottish football anyway? Scotch people. Other than that, I really don't see why other people should have anything more than a passing interest.
July 13, 201214 yr Scotch people. Other than that, I really don't see why other people should have anything more than a passing interest. I wonder why people are overly arsed. I like the folk (and there are some on here) who claim that all Scotch are wankers etc, yet still claim to "support" Rangers
July 13, 201214 yr that first old firm game when or should i say if they get back in the SPL will be tasty. Can it still be classed as "the Old Firm" as one of them will be new
July 13, 201214 yr There must be a good arguement for them to join the English pyramid now, as in the same time they work their way back into the SPL they would be at an equivent level in the English leagues with the opportunity to eventually progress to the Premiership
July 13, 201214 yr Bollocks to them (or Celtic) joining the English league system. Just trouble, the bloody lot of them. In my humble opinion, of course.
July 13, 201214 yr When they go pop for not paying the taxman they end up in Division Shite of the jock league. Taxman writes it off and we all pay for it in the end. This 10 points for going into administration is nonsense, Pompey should have gone out of existance, Leeds too. I just hope Eddie Davies' estate leaves us alone when the time comes
July 13, 201214 yr There must be a good arguement for them to join the English pyramid now Cobblers to that, they can stay in Scotland. Surely no right minded person wants to allow them into our league. I would have thought hat UEFA and FIFA would be against it as well
July 13, 201214 yr I wonder how them 3rd div clubs will cope with thousands rather than tens of away fans?
July 13, 201214 yr should be a good turn out for the gers v shire game bolton will be well represented
July 13, 201214 yr If that would have been the rule for any other Scottish league club after dodging the taxman for years, then it should be the same rule for Rangers (or Celtic). No sympathy. Any practical problems will have to be overcome by all-ticket games, transferring games to the nearest bigger ground (not Ibrox) etc. Where there'a will, there's a way. Rangers & Celtic can both be drawn away to Scottish 3rd division clubs in the cup. Same difference - just a season of big 'cup ties'.
July 13, 201214 yr I wonder why people are overly arsed. I like the folk (and there are some on here) who claim that all Scotch are wankers etc, yet still claim to "support" Rangers So you fail to understand the difference between banter and reality then? They dish it out, we dish it back. In all honesty, a great number of my bluenose friends are some of the finest people I have ever known. Just a shame they are Scottish really
