November 3, 201213 yr He's not terrible, he has all attributes to be decent enough at this level, and has proved himself in the past. Maybe that's in freedmans mind But It's just not happening for him here. Probably doesn't help having played about 15 minutes in the past few months. Bound to be rusty.
November 3, 201213 yr Probably doesn't help having played about 15 minutes in the past few months. Bound to be rusty. Totally agree. Which is why I don't understand why such players don't play in the stiffs every week to get a bit if momentum
November 3, 201213 yr petrov brilliant, mavies brilliant, knight brilliant, ngog fucking brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! echoing bring on leicester, we fear no one. beat leicester, blackpool away will be rocking!! COYWM
November 3, 201213 yr Totally agree. Which is why I don't understand why such players don't play in the stiffs every week to get a bit if momentum because they're not alllowed any more. you can only play 3 players over 21
November 3, 201213 yr because they're not alllowed any more. you can only play 3 players over 21 I meant before the new nonsense rules
November 3, 201213 yr I dont get being rusty? He plays football every bloody day with the same people who are playing in the team. He sits in the same meetings as everyone else about how we intend on playing, what our tactics are etc etc Playing with other kids in what was the reserves cant help much as its with players he'll never play with in the proper games. I get coming back from being injured and chucked in to the first team and then not being match fit.
November 3, 201213 yr because they're not alllowed any more. you can only play 3 players over 21 and? how many do we play?
November 3, 201213 yr Thought dougie did his homework on cardiff tonight. They just pumped high balls up to us all night so he plays a team with plenty of height and it worked. If they are top we have nothing to fear. Bogdan looks nervy warnock got pulled about a bit second half and kd was well rubbish! Ngog was a sensation gutted he got sent off so kd will no doubt start again. First half was poor but i thought Dougie was just trying to keep it tight. Got to win tuesday and gain some momentum. WORK IN PROGRESS
November 3, 201213 yr So what does a Pratley with games under his belt offer? no touch, no ball control, no creativity, no skill, just runs the ball out of play or kicks the ball out of play, Ricketts had a go at him for putting the ball out of play when he had grass to turn into.
November 3, 201213 yr and? how many do we play? Usually none because its a youth development team. i know Ngog and a couple of others have played the odd game on recovery from injury. this was the side against Norridge last monday. Laintion, Hampson, Kellett, McQuade, Threlkeld, McKee, Lester, Kelly, Odelusi (Clough 80), Wolstenholme, Blakeman (Youngs 80) Unused substitutes: Woodland, Fielding, Maher)
November 3, 201213 yr Am i the only one that thinks Bog was a tad unlucky for their goal? He saw it late,it came through a couple of players, and took a nick of a deflection. He'll be disappointed with it being near post an' all that - but he shouldn't beat himself up over it.

Weve gone to having too many bloody flair players. A few in the team who will help the likes of eagles and lee do there stuff is what we need at the moment.
November 3, 201213 yr He should be looking back at why he decided to punch a simple ball, when under no pressure and it was perfectly dropping into hands. A flapping keeper isn't good for a defence, but then a poor defence isn't good for a keeper, probably lost a lot of confidence because of goals conceded,
November 3, 201213 yr Very happy with that, First half looked nervous and reluctant, understandable. Didn't see goal was at bar, 2nd half introduction of Petrov and the replacement of Davies we looked alright, thought we looked a bit more solid at the back, would like to see us press a bit more when being run at. Disappointed not to see Spearing but in another way glad he chose a side he saw fit to start, SJM DFSWA Lover
November 3, 201213 yr 3 huge points today & a statement to the rest of the league. If this is the top team then its open to anyone! COYFWM DFSWA

Because all those things are digital attributes...
November 3, 201213 yr What about spearing? That was the only odd one for me. Spearing and Andrews sitting then mavies for pratley would have been my choice. Maybe he wanted to take a good look at OUR players to see what he has, rather than those who belong to other clubs.
November 3, 201213 yr thats very well, but how does picking warnock fit that No idea. It was the only reason I could think that Andrews woulkd start before a fit Spearing. However, it wouldn't surprise me if they already had an agreement with Villa to sign Warnock in Jan.
November 3, 201213 yr Finally is this the end of SK FUCKING D! We need footballers we've got em play em! Makes a massive difference when you play with 11.
November 3, 201213 yr no touch, no ball control, no creativity, no skill - K Davies has none of these and hes been the greatest player of the last century for us. Weve gone to having too many bloody flair players. A few in the team who will help the likes of eagles and lee do there stuff is what we need at the moment. K.Davies isn't a good ball player and was shockingly bad today, but he can pick a pass, create and score now and again, I just don't rate him, far worse than others like McCann and Cohen. He hasn't played under Coyle, so not sure what he could have done with his limited ability to get a starting place in training, We have Andrews and Spearing, we don't need Pratley getting in the way of a player like Petrov starting, when he got subbed we were so much better. It's not like he's done anything for us in the past that suggests he can offer anything, 2 goals with headers v QPR and Spurs, that's great but players like him won't get us promoted. I'm all for grafters, kick n rush players, but they've got to at least have some influence, he can't tackle, can't create, what I will say is that he doesn't seem to have a problem with facing his own defenders and passing short back to them.
