I've only heard about this on here, no word from BWFC. Whoever runs the marketing needs to give it up as a bad job.

 

I heard about it from Bigtoe's brother, on Facebook, before Christmas who was asking for a client ref for the Millwall and Peterborough game - so guess they must've advertised it somewhere

 

for some reason I thought he meant the away match so didn't ask anymore about it

 

next thing I heard was this thread

The offer is open to season ticket holders to purchase tickets for those who don't have season tickets. So, you give a season ticket ref and can use the offer in that way, you can't just bob down and say, can I have tickets for the next 2 games for a tenner, please.

I think so, plus maybe anyone on their mailing list. Which is I couldn't get why Smithills Gentleman thought it ridiculous. I see the marketing logic, I just think they should've advertised it betterer so friends of season ticket holders could meither them to get the tickets for them.

Maybe if Man Utd have spare seats they offer them to loyal customers but we've got 10,000 of the fuckers week in, week out.

 

Not really - season tickets holders are a guaranteed up front income. Bought way in advance of how shit we're going to be, regardless of which top players leave....... etc, etc.

 

In essence, they are the bread and butter of the club. You need to keep them sweet.

Id rather the ground had more on, than value for Money on a season ticket. Don't season ticket holders get their reward with games being 15 quid a match or whatever the breakdown is?

Its not about value for money either.

 

It's money up front. Cash in the bank. That's vital for any business, especially one like football where being remotely shit drives folk away.

Season ticket holder, get emails every other day and the 'weekly e-newsletter', had nowt about this. Marketing and the website have gone downhill as rapid as the team
