February 26, 201313 yr Surely people know when they go for a job they'll be doing nights. I know I certainly wouldn't do it. I like the traditional way of living but I'm sure many do it well and enjoy it.

February 26, 201313 yr Never used to bother me when I did them, I found work went a lot quicker and I enjoyed it more. The downside was on my 4 nights on I'd go home and sleep and then get up and go to work again, which wasn't too bad it was the first day off I used to walk round like a zombie. February 26, 201313 yr Done nights quite a few time over the years. They are a bit of a novelty for the first week or so,then you quickly realise its completely shite. My Mum was a cancer nurse for 40 years working nothing but nights for the last 30. Some people are just cut out for it. I am not one of those people.
February 26, 201313 yr ive don a few over the years worst are when you are away from home in a shity town like clacton on sea did 8 week of nights there
February 26, 201313 yr 4 hours kip and I look and feel like shite. The problem with me is I can't switch off when I get home and get into bed. How people do this permanently I will never know Buy better blinds/curtains. You'd find it difficult trying to get to sleep with sunshine rippling through your nets.

February 26, 201313 yr Did nights once. Not saying I enjoyed it, but it weren't bad. Also did a 24hr call out cover. Now that was shite.
February 26, 201313 yr Net curtains? What is it 1987? I don't find it difficult sleeping I just need more of it It was a joke.
