Bought them online in the end after 40 minutes on hold. Is there only one chap manning the phones up there or something?!

 

I better not get an email in a few days saying sorry sir I know it said you got them at 12.50 but there was an admin error and theyre not available at that price!

I bought extra season ticket this year, just added to my online account but won't let me assign a ticket to them.

Bought them online this morning, as easy as usual. Well done Burnley, BWFC, football league and ticketmaster.

Maybe if they would have queued at the club shop at half 8 in morning they would of got one.

Personally, I think it's wrong to sell the first batch cheaper.

 

They should refund 625 ticket holders at random in my opinion.

Season ticket holders get priority and quite rightly so, but any discount shouldn't be restricted in such a way.

I pressed option 3 on phone for season ticket info! Straight through...Asked when I will get my season ticket then said can I buy burnley tickets and got it sorted! No hassle but no cheap options at 9:30

It's cost the club £30k to release all tickets at £12.50.

 

Might be worth it to save fans being pissed off.

 

Might be worth a few emails to people at the club to see if anything can be done.

It should be a discount for all or for nobody, otherwise it just causes people to feel hard done by.

 

That said, I got mine for £12.50 so I'm happy enough with how it's worked out
