I'm not surprised to be honest. Having seen the things going on at Blackburn away, Leeds at home. And then thinking back to wolves away with megson and I think Blackburn away again with megson? A couple of gills later and some people can't help themselves

I think I know who it is and he has posted on here.

So do I....if its who I think it is he's a decent lad who has followed the whites everywhere over the years and a lot will know him.

But then again it may not be him

I don't care, he clearly isn't a decent lad and that doesn't excuse him

im not a scouser ffs

From what your saying it sounds like your thinking along the same lines as me, I'm pretty sure it's him and yes he's a long time served Bolton fan.

Then he should know better really.

I'm not saying that it excuses him, far from it.

But if its who I think it is he's spent a lot longer and a lot more money than most following the whites home & abroad, and also if its who I think it is he'll be very embarrassed by it today - but believe me he is a decent lad.

Cut the crap, tell us where they work so we can arrange to turn up and abuse them.

There's no need to name him....he'll probably be on here to own up in a few days, then again perhaps not, but he's as loyal a fan as I've known in the 30+ years I've followed the team, in terms of abusing him you would probably get as much back.

The footage doesn't look good, but I'm sure he didn't know he was being filmed otherwise he wouldn't have done it, like I said once he knows its doing the rounds he will be embarrassed, I'm not defending him at all but he's obviously had a few beers, spent an absolute fortune as he has over the years and was totally p***ed off after yet another inept spineless performance and the emotion took over.

It happens get over it, he's a good decent lad and most on here will have had a beer or two with him over the years

Posted

Spot on.

What so if you knew who it was you'd turn up and abuse him, grow up FFS

He's had a few beers and shouted abuse at the Bolton bus after yet another sh*te performance, he didn't know he was on camera, it was the Brighton guy who said he was scum not the Bolton lad.

Posted

No excuse for that sort of behaviour towards your own manager. The 'he's a good lad' defence doesn't wash.

Everyone gets frustrated at football. Doesn't give you an excuse to act like a cunt though.

Posted

I'd never abuse the players like that but I can understand people's frustration. As for filming it and putting it on YouTube, well, I suppose Its common place now and for people to take the moral high ground in the cold light of day when the emotion has subsided seems a bit of an overreaction. Most on here who have had a day drinking and then suffered another dissapointing result, wouldn't want to have their reactions filmed and stuck on t'net!

Posted

Whoever pays their money and travels for hours to watch which ever team they support are entitled to their opinion, a few beers on board and you easliy lose it, but don't sit on here slagging them off if you know who they are see them at the game front them up but i doubt that will happen

Posted

That's no excuse, in fact it makes his actions even more cuntish.

Posted

Watched it again and i now know who it is, follows Bolton and England all over the world, i doubt anyone will tell him to his face that he's a cunt,

Don't bull him up !....believe me plenty would say it to his face, but as I've said before he's a decent loyal passionate Bolton fan who's had a few too many and vented his frustration.

No ones excusing him and its embarrassing, but as far as BWFC are concerned he'll still be there next week and the numerous weeks / years after that, TBH he probably won't give a toss that people on here are going OTT, but like I said the ones slagging him off will possibly be stood having a beer with him at some stage over the next few weeks.

I fucking will.

Don't give a flying fuck how much money he's spent, nobody forced him to do it.

It's a life choice not a fucking life sentence.

to activity staying behind to personally abuse the manager and players?...actions of a fucking idiot.

If It becomes my knowledge who it is,ill tell him to his face, you can't put your life on that.

Couldn't give a fuck what his Bolton credentials are, just because you travel to Brighton doesn't give you the right the act the cunt and hurl abuse at the manager.

Posted

Right. All things considered. Is this the turning point?

Can this be turned into a positive? Can people rally round and say right let's fucking get behind em and do the opposite of that video.

Use the strength of wanderersways to organise some kind of 'get behind them' campaign.

It gives you more right than people who haven't travelled

The way things are going we are going to end up fighting between ourselves like the Megson days.

Sounded more like Brighton fans abusing DF with a Bolton woman screaming about how embarrassing they are. I haven't been one game this season (I know shit fan) but for the ones who have travelled and watched gutless bastards like some of them I can understand why they want to vent their frustration when the opportunity arises.

Do you think the players of the management will bother; not a fucking chance as long as they are getting paid extortionate wages for kicking a ball about
