Many years ago before she moved into the village she had a 1 night stand with her brother-in-law James (Charlie Stubbs) and he's just found out that Moira's son Adam is in fact his and not her dead husbands john (his brother). James decided to have a heart to heart with Chas and because he's fallen in love with her asked her to keep a secret to which she agreed and then when he told her she decided that she needed to tell her brother Cain because she doesn't want to keep a secret from her family (the Dingles). Moira's been shitting herself and locked herself and Chas in the cellar at the Wollie until Chas agreed to keep the secret. (I thought they were going to have a lezzer off but unfortunately they didn't). Chas still threatened to tell the family but when she saw Cain and Adam together having a bit of man time she's decided against it.
