January 30, 201412 yr Author Right, more estimates required... How much to have a backboiler removed and a combi put somewhere sensible? How much to create an ensuite where there's a bog in the corner of a bedroom (I know)... Means the building of a wall around said bog and turning 1 large window into 2 smaller ones, one inside and one outside of said ensuite?
