Anyone know how I stand on this? Currently on mat leave, my wage slips now get posted to me supposedly. Not had last months yet, so rang my HR to ask where it was.

 

They said it's been posted and I should have received it. They have my correct address etc. Told them I hadn't received and they basically said tough and they can't do duplicates.

 

Can't find much on the internet regarding my rights. Does anybody know what I can do?

That's rubbish, they can do duplicates (well at least my place can)  and I suspect they're just too lazy to do so.

Cheers, out HR is a waste of space. Going to give main office HR an email and see what they say.

They have to keep pay details for a certain length of time (it used to be 7yrs, but that may have changed), running a duplicate is no problem.

Your HR are talking absolute bollocks, i can't believe in this day and age they still use the post which are so unreliable and not cost affective, everyone e-mails stuff these days which are free to send

They said they posted my December one because I finished early. I never got it. The lad just shrugged his shoulders. Maybe there's a stockpile of posted wage slips thrown somewhere.

I fucking hate the word deductions on mine. Seems to be eating away at the take home pay the more sensible I get. Pension, credit union isa, child care vouchers, tax and NI.

I get one at the start of the tax year, one at the end and one if any month's pay differs by something like 25p

Ours are put on the internal website and password protected. The only time I ever print them out is when some nosey fucker wants proof of income.
