Ngog

Featured Replies

I saw him (Darkside) coming out of Charcoal Pit earlier, I was reliably informed by the bloke behind the counter, well, he told me he'd had one of those full house kebabs with everything on; Shish, Donner, Chicken and Kobeda - and he'd paid with a Welsh £10 and told him to keep the 90p change as a tip.

So, in short, he's been up to his old tricks (being a greedy sod and being dodgy with our cash).

If he scores more than twelve goals (top flight) within three seasons (Ngog, not Gartslime) I'll show my arse on, erm, not the town hall steps, no-one will see it, the steps down from Middlebrook to the Reebok.

  • One of the most talented players we have   If not the most talented.   BSA got players playing.   This man stops them.

I've just seen Phil Gartside buying a new crown and sceptre from Fontleroy & Sons (Outfitters to the Aristocracy) in London.

He kicked 4 beggars on the way out of the shop.

Bit of a coincidence wouldn't you say?

We are still paying some of his wages until his contract is up at the end of the season

Please tell me this is bollocks.

There's also unsubstantiated reports that he was spotted coming out of the Queen's favourite fur shop, he left his Herr Flick coat with instructions to trim it with ermine.

It's bollocks

1.5 million according to the sun, nice profit

Hang that's a loss isn't it??

Perhaps a profit this year, as already written off?

Bang on. Unless we're still paying LFC in instalments!

It's bollocks

Is this an informed assessment?

Because I'd say Danny G's is.

You buy a Twix for 60p and put it as an asset in your company books. It has a best before date of say July 2014, at which point its value is zero.

It depreciates each year, first year you book it at 40p, a paper loss of 20p. If 4 months before that best before date, when you have booked said Twix at 5p you then sell it to another company for 15p, that's good business, is it not?

i believe he'd been written down, so its a profit

Ignoring the profit/loss issue...

Have we really managed to get Swansea to stump up £1.5m??  I'd be amazed/delighted if that was true.

Me too. I'm not convinced.

It is

We should be making a profit on 24 year old strikers who couldn't find their arse with both hands and a map.

Our best performance for me this season was Bournemouth when N'gog played off Beckford.

Anyway, Dougie changed it next game and dropped him for a home match.

So that put an end to that.

Anyone playing the one up front in our current team has a bloody hard job.

There's never any support within 30 yards of the attacker.

F*cking hell, the re-writing of history with Ngog as a good 'un begins in earnest.

There's never any support within 30 yards of the attacker.

true enough

doesn't excuse his fcuking miss hit efforts from 10 yards out

even the goal at bournemouth didn't reach the net

I'd be very surprised if we got anything more than £500k. Especially if we're no longer paying his £25k+ wages and he's only signed until the end of the season.

Just happy to have him off the wage bill myself. The lad has great talent, yet zero application. I've never understood how he could pick the ball up and beat three men with ease, yet only ever showcase his ability in a handful of appearances, usually when coming off the bench.

Like taking a lovingly baked piece of shortbread, adding a luxuriant layer of caramel, then coating the lot in rich, sweet chocolate...

Then (weakly, with a girl's throw) chucking it down the nearest grid.

Clean though at Blackburn and decides to take 6 men on.
