The Sea At Dawlish

Fook me,Armageddon !!!

30 metres of the sea wall washed away and the rail track suspended in mid air. Looks like the houses could be washed away.

Don't fuck with mother nature.

That scene at Porthleven is pretty standard as it is face on to the Atlantic.

This was on Plymouth Hoe this morning, which has a breakwater. Not looking forward to journey home neither.

My daughter's at Exeter University and said the weather was "apocalyptic". Which is a word that always sounds great in a Geordie accent.

I wonder if that Hotel advertises 'sea front view'

Cameron's fault, he should have built a wall round the country. Cameron out!

Or soiled mattreses ?

It would have kept those pesky foreigners out as well as the water.

I was looking at the Dawlish webcam t'other night. The sea was coming right up to the railway lines, then a train came past, then I left it. When I went back later it was offline. Next thing I knew it was on the news and that picture of the line swinging about.

There's another good webcam at Gull Hotel in West Looe with a good view right up the river.

Or a cock and balls hovering behind it.
