Hotel reserved for Spurs already. Knowing my luck BWFC will end up with the three greatest away days in history in a successive three week period.

Later this month apparently, my attendance in Toulouse will likely depend on whether I'm able to go on AL's stag do or not as that'll shift a good £700 out of my pocket.

Is it in Blackpool ? :D

I’m also looking at one of the St. Helens it Catalans games. Swaying towards Catalans for the better weather

its early March so it should be dry at least though the game this year was played in blistering heat and that was March too. I will probably stay in Perpignan again but are few are travelling in from Lloret

Lloret?

I last went there when I was 18 and never again but it's only an hour or so from Perpignan on a coach some prefer it.

Hmmm, I could spend a long time making a list of places within an hour of Perpignan that I'd rather be in than LdM.

When watching Leigh away to Catalans, I found Lloret does a great job in sorting the wheat from the chav, as it were. Perpignan was bloody lovely. Went there when I was 19 and slept on a wallpaper table for 3 days. Never again.

Sonny Bill Williams has signed for Toronto Wolfpack on a 2 year deal reportedly worth £10m breaking all records for the sport. To put it into context Salford's entire salary budget for last season was approx. £1.8m

2 players exempt per team. Cap is £2.1m notwithstanding the Two marquee players I think

SL clubs are entitled to sign 2 marquee players and those salaries sit outside the salary cap

Beaten to it

Does anybody know what the salary cap rule is?

No, sorry.

If only someone could explain it to us. All I know is that they have to overpay 2 players to live in a marquee.

Do you mean the max a team can spend excl the marquee players? If so, next season I believe it rises to £2.1m from £1.9m but for the two marquee players only the first £150k of their salaries will count towards the salary cap
