funny as, leigh mother and daughter duo  sat behind us absolutely going mental at any wigan fans that would even look at them.

going to go to more games this season.

I’ve just got my 6 year old playing rugby league (he didn’t enjoy football the weirdo) what a refreshing change watching that at grassroots compared to football. Completely different attitudes from the spectators with a brilliant all round atmosphere.

There’s been a concerted effort for quite a few years so that kids (and more importantly referees) aren’t put off by angry parents. It’s taken a while but I believe they’re getting there. Gets a bit more tricky as they get older, mind. Where is he playing?
