July 7, 201511 yr Fuck all worries me, I've no kids and will very likely be dead within less than one to seventy years...
July 7, 201511 yr So all refugees and asylum seekers even though they've travelled through numerous countries to get here? What do you mean by all? Should we take all the world's? No. But it also isn't feasible for countries closest to borders of ones in trouble to take on the whole burden. They already of course carry a far greater burden than anyone else for natural reasons. I don't really see why we shouldn't play our part and take our share, though I think deciding what that is might be difficult....
July 7, 201511 yr I don't really see why we shouldn't play our part and take our share, though.. I do. It's fucking up our infrastructure, one this country has worked hard to develop.
July 7, 201511 yr We have a very low rate of asylum seekers. At last count I saw, it was 20 odd thousand. How on earth is that altering the fabric of the UK? (Even though that in itself is a meaningless statement). It's not meaningless - it's subjective. And my point was that immigration in general has reached a point where it is fundamentally altering the culture of the UK. If you disagree then fine. I believe we should be doing what we can to help asylum seekers but current levels of immigration mean that people in genuine need of asylum get tarred with the lazy/terrorist/naughty brush. Incidentally - I've just checked and applications for asylum were 23,000 in 2013 (I suspect they've risen since then). That figure doesn't include dependents or people who have arrived illegally.
July 7, 201511 yr I do. It's fucking up our infrastructure, one this country has worked hard to develop. Best to agree to differ here. I don't think this years 7000 asylum seekers have made any difference to our infrastructure problems one way or another. It is just an easy answer to a set of very difficult problems. But anyway, no point discussing it to death and taking this thread off topic.
July 7, 201511 yr I like our culture being altered, I like having a real kobeda washed down with black tea (Iranian, Kurdish etc.) I like skulking in doorways swigging Tyskie lager (Polish) - these go nicely with my traditional British ways of tolerance and throwing patio furniture during football tournaments...

July 7, 201511 yr Can you back that number up with any references? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/11721008/Europe-migrant-crisis-Where-are-the-asylum-seekers-coming-from-and-where-are-they-going.html For example. The idea that the majority come to Britain isn't true. 7335 asylum seekers in Britain in first quarter of 2015.
July 7, 201511 yr There has been an 86 per cent increase in the amount of people claiming asylum in Europe between the first quarters of 2014 and 2015. It isn't an amount of people

July 7, 201511 yr Apparently, it isn't a criminal offence to walk around London, or anywhere else in this country if you display an Isis flag, like this Muslim did. http://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015/jul/05/man-carrying-isis-flag-near-parliament-not-arrested-police-criticised
July 7, 201511 yr “Wearing, carrying or displaying of an emblem or flag, by itself, is not an offence unless the way the emblem is worn, carried or displayed is such as to cause reasonable suspicion that the person is a supporter of a proscribed organisation. why would you be carrying it if you weren't a supporter not the kid, obvs odd one, imo

How the fuck did no one go up to the fucker and knock him out?
July 7, 201511 yr Burned in a cage and make the little 'un watch? Is this really how the news is made these days-twat does something twattish, another twat photos or films it, media twats publicise it and a coterie of twats take to twitter to tweet about it...Fuck off.

July 7, 201511 yr you know the country is on its arse when the guardian is kicking off about shit like this. How the fuck did no one go up to the fucker and knock him out? Two year old girl on his shoulders perhaps? Maybe because we're not fucking savages like those the cunt was showing support for?
July 7, 201511 yr you know the country is on its arse when the guardian is kicking off about shit like this. How the fuck did no one go up to the fucker and knock him out?probably thought take his kid be ok,this lot know how to play it with laws. Like to see him walk around here with that flag

Is this really how the news is made these days-twat does something twattish, another twat photos or films it, media twats publicise it and a coterie of twats take to twitter to tweet about it...Fuck off. well it wouldn't be right to deck him so why not take photos and ring the police? No you're right, let them express our cultural diversity.
July 7, 201511 yr But yet the flag of St. George or the Union flag can be taken down as the it may cause offence? No it can't. There are no laws against displaying the national flags of the UK. There might be overly prissy individuals who try and get the flag taken down for fear of 'causing offence' but there is no legal recourse for these folk.
July 7, 201511 yr well it wouldn't be right to deck him so why not take photos and ring the police? No you're right, let them express our cultural diversity. Did I write that? Or did the little thought policeman tell you I did? My opinion is it was probably a pre-arranged stunt, either in genuine support of Isis or simply to cause outrage or gain 'fame'/notoriety...My other opinion is, whatever his motivation, he should have been arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, or detained for a mental health report, as is normally the case in civilised society. I'll make this my last comment as I simply can't be arsed anymore, I'm a yoghurt fucking terrorist lover...

There might be overly prissy individuals who try and get the flag taken down for fear of 'causing offence' but there is no legal recourse for these folk. If someone was walking around near Ibrox with a tricolour or Parkhead with a Union flag then the police would view it as a provocative act and take action.
July 7, 201511 yr And while we are at it I am going to an away match next season in full Muslim female ninja gear. The police will be free to take my photo when I am getting off the train and whilst bouncers may wonder I why I wants to go in their pub I will have Liberty on speed dial if they insist on my removing my veil.
