Hola Madrid. Adios Atleti.

Rules is rules.

Yeah don't get me wrong, I'm not annoyed because of who lost out or gained off this

It's bollocks whether it's a Madrid derby or SK rapid v Borac Banja Luka

I had to double check if Hutton played for us, which he did, but I get mistaken between him and Stephen Warnock, who we also had on loan from Villa

I genuinely can't remember if either were any good for us, but have to assume they were better than Arfield

I thought both were excellent for us, loved Hutton especially, would have liked to have signed him permanently but I think he ended up back in the Villa squad after that (think Lambert mustn't have fancied him) and did well.

Bristol v Norwich on telly now.

What a horrible journey that is. 4 hours according to Google maps.

Didn't have Norwich down as being so much more northern than Bristol either.

Norwich have their 1993 glory year to cling on to but can't think of much more they've ever done in history bar have a yellow kit and Delia Smith.

I'm struggling to name a Bristol City player other than Darren Barnard and Wayne Alison.

A whole lifetime of mediocrity and never been in Prem.

Wank.

Give me our history any day.

Think BC went a bit shit just before we started watching.

Older people will remember Norwich won the League Cup in 1985 but were denied a Uefa Cup campaign due to  Liverpool fans killing people at the European Cup Final a few weeks later

Kerry Gow. Nasty midfielder with corkscrew perm. Good player though. Moved to Citeh in 1980.

Obviously ancient history for some 😂

Was having a look the other day

5 championship teams haven't played in PL

Bristol City, Oxford, PNE, Millwall and Plymouth

16 L1 teams haven't

24 L2 teams haven't, 2 that have, Bradford and Swindon

They were one of the originators of going into administration back in the 80s fell from Div 1 to 4 in quicktime.

Our game was replayed, when it was abandoned initially.

Is there not a time the game goes over and the result stands?

Yes I’ve no idea what it is but they’ll abandon after a certain time and call the result.

I think so, but to be honest, I've no idea how far along their game was!

I just saw a headline that their game had been suspended, and posted it.

Didn't bother looking at the clock! :)
