tomski Posted March 14, 2025 Posted March 14, 2025 Hutton was brilliant. Thought he was well above us as this was the time the team starting collapsing. Quote
gonzo Posted March 14, 2025 Posted March 14, 2025 Bristol v Norwich on telly now. What a horrible journey that is. 4 hours according to Google maps. Didn't have Norwich down as being so much more northern than Bristol either. Norwich have their 1993 glory year to cling on to but can't think of much more they've ever done in history bar have a yellow kit and Delia Smith. I'm struggling to name a Bristol City player other than Darren Barnard and Wayne Alison. A whole lifetime of mediocrity and never been in Prem. Wank. Give me our history any day. Quote

Older people will remember Norwich won the League Cup in 1985 but were denied a Uefa Cup campaign due to Liverpool fans killing people at the European Cup Final a few weeks later Quote

Nasty midfielder with corkscrew perm. Good player though. Moved to Citeh in 1980. Obviously ancient history for some 😂 Quote

I think so, but to be honest, I've no idea how far along their game was! I just saw a headline that their game had been suspended, and posted it. Didn't bother looking at the clock! Quote
