November 3, 201411 yr Anyone know any dodgy shops knocking out possibly lethal and disfiguring fireworks? The ones in Aldo look shite...
November 3, 201411 yr Author The ones in Aldo would look excellent, lit and rammed up his arse preferably. I meant Aldi.
November 3, 201411 yr If you can get them WECO ones were good...Lidl were doing them the last few years.. bit dont think they sell that brand this year.
November 4, 201411 yr Author They must have fell out with the UK and Slovenia this year.... http://www.weco-pyro.de/ Or, the joyless c*nts who license them for sale got wind of them being good and/or powerful and didn't grant one this year...
November 4, 201411 yr I felt safer down the pit with blokes using explosives than round our end with kids having bangers.
November 4, 201411 yr make yer own! Bit of potassium nitrate, charcoal and sulphur plus a mortar and pestle and your away! Add some copper, permanganate or iron filings for colour and jobs reet. A few cardboard tubes and some garden kanes or bamboo would also come in handy for the rocketering types. Hours of fun for the kids
November 4, 201411 yr Set some off on Sunday for the kids, got them from Aldi. The firework selection box was as shite as expected but the rockets were lethal. First one went up as normal, no issues. Second one came off the stick spinning round 10 feet in the air and exploding over the garden. Told the kids to watch the rest through the patio doors, good job because the next one shot off at 90 degrees and hit the house right where they were just stood. Them rockets might be what you are after? Edited November 4, 201411 yr by Winchester White
November 4, 201411 yr Did you hear about the two owners of a battery and firework company that were in court yesterday? One was charged and the other was let off.

November 4, 201411 yr Never got fireworks. Ever. Don't mind watching displays, etc... but buying them always seemed pointless.
November 4, 201411 yr Bet they talk about how good the old ones were. Is there a thread about bommy night 1985 when no fucker was at any displays?
November 4, 201411 yr Smiley in tight fisted shocker Parents always offered me cash or fireworks at this time of year... I took the cash. Not stupid me you know!
November 4, 201411 yr We used to build the biggest bommie in Bolton. Used to love collecting firewood. We once lifted a few of the rail track sleepers off the bridge near Burnden Park. We threw them over the top and then collected them again underneath the bridge. They took about 6 of 7 of us to carry them and burned for ages!! Edited November 4, 201411 yr by Smiley

November 4, 201411 yr We used to build the biggest bommie in Bolton. If you had enough wood to do that you must have done a hell of a lot of black rabbiting
November 4, 201411 yr We used to make sure we had the biggest bonfire in Kearsley as we went round setting everyone else's on fire before boomy night.
November 5, 201411 yr We used to make sure we had the biggest bonfire in Kearsley as we went round setting everyone else's on fire before boomy night. Did the same in the village! Those were the days when as kids you could turn up at a garage forecourt fill an empty Castrol oil gallon can with 4 star, pay and no one would bat an eyelid.
November 5, 201411 yr We used to build the biggest bommie in Bolton. Balls, The Kearsley massive had the biggest bommie, even made Bolton journal late 70's. Nobody ever ragged ours, all the nutters from George Toms used to camp out to protect it.
