I need to get involved with NFL again, but need to choose a team. Was always a Dan Marino Miami Dolphins shirt wearing kid, but need some advice.

Which team is it worth following? Thinking about going down to Wembley to watch a game - anyone done it? Any help welcomed. Could just stick with the Dolphins and get tickets off Stub Hub for their game against New York Jets the day after the QPR game.

Which are the Liverpool/Man Utd of the NFL world to avoid?

QB in the first round, assume it's your first time then :D

you want a RB1 or WR1 in the first round

how many teams in it and what draft position are you

We went though this last season

You gave me the same advice then

Then the lad in it who told me the same went last then got Mahomes and Allen in a row for some reason

I got Allen in return for some Cowboys player

But Allen smashed it in terms of points compared to most WR or RBs iirc

8 teams

Dunno position yet

Booked Friday off work....

2 late night/early mornings coming up....

All you need is Love.

I'm not in any like this but I know some leagues do a Superflex 2 QB system, in that case then yes you'd go QBs early.

In normal formats though there's a way higher percentage of consistent point scoring QBs compared to other positions, in leagues where they do Points Per Reception you want to prioritise high volume WRs and pass catching RBs.

Can someone just give me names of WRs and RBs please

Got Justin Jefferson in the 1st round then remembered Sam fucking Darnold is QB1 for the Vikings this season.

Happy 1st Redzone of the season to all who celebrate.

Have a feeling that the Tyreek Hill 'arrest' story may go big.

Every year I say I'm going to try and get back into this sport. Who are the Man City of the NFL?

Driving like a prick apparently, was wondering if it was one of his baby mamas chasing up unpaid child support

Chiefs are the current man city.

Patriots are the current Man U won everything for ages have been average for a few years.

Cowboys are spurs lots of big talk but haven't won anything since time immemorial

Aye or the Browns just comedically shit year after year and find new ways to fuck things up all the time.

Do the Browns still play in the stadium with the Dog Pound end? When I use to watch the NFL that Browns end was likened to a kop type football end.

Years ago when WWs invaded the Atlanta Falcons message board I got chatting to a Falcons fan and we sent each other team shirts . Still got the one I was sent. Unfortunately it has Michael Vicks name and number on the back. He turned out to be fucking wrong un. Luckily for me no bugger in Bolton has a clue who he is.

Vick went on to play for the Steelers amongst others one of the unique players of his generation just a shame about the drowning dogs in buckets as part of his dog fighting ring.

yeah they have the Dog Pound and The Raiders have the Black Hole (not as fierce as it was in LA/Oakland now they've moved to Vegas.

Eagles are the Liverpool, good team but their fans are unbearable knobheads

Jets finally got back underway last night, glad to say we were back to just regular bad rather than season ending catastrophically bad. The main positive is that opening night games don't come much harder than that, expecting us to grow into the season at least a bit.

Week 1 MNF should be banned though, the wait was excruciating.

Couple of surprises this weekend didn't see the pats beating the Bungles, but fun to see also surprised Rodgers made it through the game without falling apart.

Browns getting bummed by the cowboys was funny especially with Baker Mayfield looking twice the quarter back the sex pest is.

New OC and same infuriating offense at the Stillers, Pickens is a beast til about 10yds out.

Tua with another concussion last night, feel for the guy, he seems pleasant enough but he needs to call it a day. All the brain injuries he's already had will already see him dead by 55, needs to just go and enjoy his life.
