February 1, 20179 yr What businesses, as according to page 1 of Google she lives in a Heaton terrace rather than Monaco? Coleman's Bakery
February 1, 20179 yr Coleman's Bakery I hope her personal hygiene is of a higher standard than the shop hee hee
February 1, 20179 yr Or the fact that KA has also resolved a number of outstanding unsustainable deals means there is clarity moving forward ? That would be preferable to Casinos scenario and I'd think more likely as well.
February 1, 20179 yr She's a business change consultant (I can't stand consultants) Wouldn't be shocked if she's tried to tell KA he's got it all wrong No doubt she'd ask to borrow his watch and then tell him the time and charge him handsomely for the privilege. February 1, 20179 yr The Blumarble loan is secured against club assets The contract states the share ownership transfer cannot take place without Blumarble's written agreement. Blumarble know that if they allow Ken to buy Deano out that Ken will re-finance and pay them off. So they won't agree to that. Because there will be interest adding to their loan daily, effectively increasing the share of club assets they have secured against their agreement with sports shield. Not sure I quite understand the last sentence. Surely the issue around the Blumarble loan is the terms of early repayment? I'd be surprised if there wasn't a clause permitting early repayment, it's probably just fairly punitive.
February 1, 20179 yr Author KA supposed to have the cash flow to see us through the season and if what you say was accurate it would indicate he didn't have money. I think plan a get rid of Deano and blu marble bring in his investors issue more equity as said in a previous statement. This has proved impossible given blu marbles terms at this stage let the brinkmanship commence Plan b sell players to fund club as opposed to chucking personal hard earned fortune down the black hole that is a football club whilst blu marble take their till I'll say it again Ken will push blu marble and Deano to the point where it's sign or bust it's a shit situation the more success we get on the pitch the stronger blu marbles hand is I still can't get me head round the piss poor due diligence on all aspects it must have been purely down to timings so take a punt or watch us go bust back last year

I'd be surprised if there wasn't a clause permitting early repayment, it's probably just fairly punitive. I think the issue is around security ken wanted to raise funds using assets as security I think based on the fact only blu marble had security on certain assets. It transpires they have security on all assets so new investors won't play second fiddle to them - that's me purely reading between the lines I've no inside track
February 1, 20179 yr With all these mental contracts in place I'm beginning to think bankruptcy was ED's plan all along. Only the high court stopped that happening.
February 1, 20179 yr Author With all these mental contracts in place I'm beginning to think bankruptcy was ED's plan all along. Only the high court stopped that happening. I've no doubt he'd have seen us go he'd got to enough enough and beyond I reckon he saw under the bonnet at what Phil had left and was a bit sick in his mouth. Phil it would appear dropped several massive bollocks in latter years not wishing to be disrespectful to a decent enough but deceased man
February 1, 20179 yr With all these mental contracts in place I'm beginning to think bankruptcy was ED's plan all along. Anewman pointed this out 4 years ago and was called a mentalist

February 1, 20179 yr Anewman pointed this out 4 years ago and was called a mentalist Don't remember him complaining when we were galavanting around Europe, or holding back on the bragging rights we all had at the time...
February 1, 20179 yr Don't remember him complaining when we were galavanting around Europe, or holding back on the bragging rights we all had at the time... In fairness we weren't pishing money like a drain at that point. Somewhat of a cliché on here now, but 'its all in the accounts.'

February 1, 20179 yr Were we not?Not to the extent we were when we started spending to stay in the prem post Sam. As I say its in the accounts. The 'Swiss Ramble' article from about 5 years ago sums it up quite nicely. We lived beyond our means during the good times is a nice line for the journos to help Rafa, Arsene, Souness etc feel a little bit better about themselves. Btw that doesn't mean I agree with Anewmans views, its just a fact that the good times didn't happen when the big losses did. Edited February 1, 20179 yr by RoadRunnerFan

February 1, 20179 yr To be fair, if we'd hung round a couple more years, the massive increase in money could potentially cleared a large part of our debt (to Eddie). I suspect we didn't look after the pennies, whilst the £ were flying about, and that is what has bitten us. Catering money etc. is traditionally how clubs make money, not chasing Sky cash.
