November 1, 201510 yr I have watched it a few times , his brake lights were on all the time and horn signaling, it does look like his brakes failed he obviously knew the fence he hit was there to stop him reasonably safely, why didnt he turn ignition off pull handbrake on and straight to second and first gear to stop the car without ditching it. Instant ban and big fine now for fleeing the scene though he should've stayed , made it worse for himself now ,no excuses for not staying the car shows as being insured taxed and mot'ed i buy and sell cars so it easy to check the status of them what an .absolute Bell
