I agree it doesn't suit him although he can still dine out on it for a bit, but I'd hope someone has had a word and said this is snowballing way to much now, Lord Vader, think of the children.

i reckon they realise it’s an unwinnable  scenario.  Contact the US look lads we can’t be seen to back down. Let us fire a couple of small missiles at your base tonight evacuate everyone and let’s call it a day. No one loses face

That programme re the dead general on iplayer which I mentioned last week is a cracking watch, and showed the secret work being conducted by the US and Iranians until Bush fucked things up with his Axis of Evil speech.

Honestly mate, well worth watching.

Trump's speech today was probably the most Presidential I've ever heard him speak. Acknowledging Iran's pathetic "revenge" attempt for what it is, and de-escalating the situation by reducing the "Military Destruction" rhetoric. Good on him. Fingers crossed he carries on down this route.

I've been trying to do some more reading on Iran during the past couple of days. I came across this YouTube channel which is really interesting - all about geopolitics.

They've done some country profiles too - this is the one on Iran. Out of all the ones I've watched - Japan seems to be the most fucked over the next 100 years.

Not at all, I just appreciate sensible politics. I don't worship any single politician and feel the need to defend them regardless of their actions.

It's took time, but they're gradually turning now aren't they ?
