Forgot it was today!

Bit low, just hope it's a proper bowling wicket.

Pity about the run out.

Can’t work out whether it’s the equivalent of League Cup or Pizza Trophy

Disappointing end to a disappointing One day season for Lancs. Got some good young cricketers coming through so the future looks bright but the here and now it's been a rough watch at times in the Blast and One Day Cup.

4 more Championship Games to secure Div 1 status for next season and we can put this season behind us.

I'd personally like to see a new Head Coach in charge next season and not another jobs for the boys kind of appointment. Someone from the outside who can come in and be a coach and make us a better team as the talent is definitely there imo.

A mixed bag, but the weather has played a big part for me.

Must be soul destroying.

Irrespective of how good or bad you may be, if you don't get to play, whilst others do, you're playing catch up from the off.

Perhaps relocate down south?

A steady bowling effort this. Not going to be easy with the heat, but spinners should play a decent part.

Good call. Luke Wells 5-25 this morning.

Great Win. Any lingering thoughts of relegation eased with that.

Good start today after being asked to field. Hopefully wrap up their innings in the morning for under 150.

Looking forward to a day at OT tomorrow weather permitting

Another disappointing yet predictable draw at home. The wickets we play on at OT don't break up enough to bowl sides out twice (especially when time is lost to rain)

Nice to see Vilas bat for one last time and a great innings too. Shame time has caught up with him after a great 6/7 years. Big shoes to fill next season.

id play another youngster for the final two championship games this season in preparation for next season preferably Matty Hurst.

Notts at home from Tuesday this week although the forecast is awful

The time lost also means less foot traffic to wear down and break up the surface. Double whammy.

I might be wrong, but didn't the ECB ask for wickets to be drier and less traditionally English, to help batsmen improve?

Not impressed with the way the longer format has been shifted about neither. Beginning and end of the season we're bound to have more time lost to bad weather, which helps no one improve.

I reckon Lancs would have won the game had their been more time available.

For lancs?

Hameed presumably.

No, the highest run scorer in Div 1 county championship. And heads the averages as well (aside of a few who have played hardly any innings)
