Yes. Option 4 means there'll be no one to shout at.

Fuck me I can’t have that. The weekly abuse is engrained in me now

So can anyone clearly and briefly outline the available options that can happen?

correct me if I’m wrong:

1. Ken sells to mystery buyer before 2nd April.

2. If Ken doesn’t sell by then, Moonshift recall the shares and sell them to mystery bidder or someone else.

3. KA, Brett or PBP put us into Admin.

4. We get liquidated because none of these happen.

5. During the 7 days it takes to appoint liquidator, parties settle and club gets sold that way.

did I miss anything/misunderstand

Ok cool. And the reason Moonshift aren’t recalling the shares already is because they don’t want to spook Ken into admin?

No, they have recalled them, they have to give 14 days notice which, is April 2nd

Who are the stakeholder iles is referring to who are back in the country tomorrow / Wednesday? Just ken? This a sign he’s in the country to sign a deal .. because normally it’s just Aldridge dealing with it on a daily basis isn’t it?

Or am I missing what is being referred to in the tweet?

is that not just for the purposes of this season? specifically points deduction? surely the league cant dictate as and when a club goes into admin? they have to react to it, not dictate it? What is it:

a) am I being thick

2) is Iles as thick, if not thicker then we suspect

D) we're both thick?

Think he means to have points deducted this season has to be admin by Thursday.

Yes not sure but who are the stakeholder(s)? That’s more what I was referring to (isn’t that just ken) and surely kens only going to come into the country for a good reason?

Ok,

So the ONLY reason for PBP or Brett to put the club in to administration is to drag the sale process from Ken’s grasp. They would only do this if they genuinely believed he was going to push away the buyer(s).

Putting the club in the hands of the administrators stops Ken asking for anything other than his loans repaid.

Would pbp and Brett be in touch with the new buyer? If not how would they know Ken’s pushing back?

I would imagine they are both now in contact.

I’m sure he has representation in the UK.

Howard.

On twitter. BWFC tickets have wrote.

We are collecting March's overdue payment on the 29th. April's payment will be collected next week, but it won't be Monday 1st. A new collection date for next week will be confirmed in the coming days.

Does this tie in with what your saying i.e they can collect last months as the event has been and the ‘next week sometime’ is because they know that’s when the takeovers done.

Given season ticket payments are split symmetrically over a number of months (and that is different depending upon when you renew isn’t it?) to pay for an asymmetric distribution of matches I’m not sure how possible it is to say any single months value has been delivered vs not being delivered....

Not sure symmetric is the correct word

If the last payment taken is May then it’s a reasonable assumption for a court to make that the payment is ‘monthly in advance’. Advance payment receipt for anything wouldn’t be permitted during a WU petition unless a specific validation order was made

Is it looking more and more like ken will deal at the last possible chance next week now instead of before the wages on Friday? And everyone is going to go unpaid again..

I think it’s 50/50 at this stage

The club can also confirm that due to the delay in collecting the payment for March, the final Direct Debit payment for the 2018/19 season, scheduled for 1st April, will be taken next week as usual.

Does this not confirm the final payment id usually taken in April.....ie  in advance?

I don't knoe for sute as i don't pay dd.

They'll change the rules for us anyway and claim that it was a pre-determined administration to avoid a points deduction in a new season rather than one which is all but lost anyway.

Yes in advance

Surely this confirms there are no plans for admin?
